Good morning Julie and Bernie......I thought I was the only one having to work this holiday weekend.....sorry Julie...guess someone has to hu? Bernie, what breed of dog is Calva?
Great to talk to you DorK...you bizzzy little bee beautifying your yard..and sweeping..Its obviously very thereputic for you.
Mema..we need to skype again sometime..K?? Julie, its really not that hard to download..and its really fun...I wanted to bust thru my laptop screen and give mema a great big hug.
Well, I really have to start focusing on this move...I really dont know where to start..I guess going thru each room and setting aside everything I am planning on taking with me. This new place is fully furnished and set up but I dont really care for all the decor there so I've started a pile of stuff that was already there to put in a box and stow away. So much work and I have no time to get it done..or so it seems. I guess Thursday and Friday will be big days for this.
Have a great day ladies...
Love you all much!
-
Oooppppsie NM....bummped you right into that beautiful buffet display..hope you didnt spill your drink...that would be alchamahol abuse.
-

-
Lucky dog...enjoy the G and J . I will be on the look out for the crazies.

Oh gosh Cyn, did Gram make it up those stairs? Even tho she is 95, she looks as tho she can handle it!
Sleeping in for me is about 5:30, I rarely get up any later than that. Never had a professional massage done. As for the dentist, it is very important that I go. I had periodontal disease when I was in my 20's, from NOT going to the dentist and had to have surgery. So if I don't keep on top of it, my teeth would just fall out.
Lara, that is the perfect food, burgers and dogs, thank you. Ok, now we want the juice. How did you meet this guy online? Do we get pictures? How about a picture of you? And ya, that is strange about the job interviews.
Sue, I meant to comment on the pit bull when we were talking and forgot. OMG, that breed of dog just scares the bajeebees outta me. So glad nothing happened to your Bax. Oh that is so neat about the DOTD, really awesome. I will be gone for a couple of weeks in Oct, so hopefully the other girls will think of some. Of course we know NM will. Good news on Kimmy.
Camille, we don't judge, and I'm sure none of us would say that you are boring. Just chime in, with whatever and when ever. I have not been told I look like Goldie Hawn, was always Farah Faucet. When I was younger, not now. Also don't worry about the memory ting, we ALL have that problem....LOL! Oh wow, you and your sister both got hit with the RB (rat bastard, in case you didn't know). I'm very sorry to hear that, but glad you found us. Is your sister on this site?
Cyn, glad you liked that DOTD! You werking today too? Oh chit, you lost a post to dem gremlins. You know, sometimes you can get them back. At the top of the box you type in, there is a blue arrow, the one next to the smiley face. If you hit something to delete your post, you click that blue arrow and it "undoes" what you did and the post comes back.
Dort, did you stick to your rule yesterday, no werk? I hope so. And I know you meant to tell Lara that you is ascared for her FART. I did notice the legal and illegal in Cam's name. I actually was looking at it as Camil Legal, until someone called her Camille, and I realizes it was Camille Gal, can we say DUH! Good deal on all the moola foy da munf, you go girl. I gots wooo hooo for you.

HEY BIG EARS, GOOD TO SEE YOU HERE. WOW, I IS SHOCKED. YOU COMING BACK?
Shannon, let us know when you are going for Thunder. The more notice, the better for me. Where you been?
DorK, was not me wif da lipstick, I am INNOCENT. And I LOVE your post hogging barturd, I has a oink oink for you too!

B, wow, what a nice big cake you baked and so yummy too. I hope it was for all of us!
Oh I lubbed da videos. Robin Williams was really rockin it!
Julie, that is too funny about the crack head not wanting a flu shot!
No NM, we are NOT NOSY, are we??? Beautiful set up from the Tenders. And that DOTD is right up Sue's alley, she will lub that! How is your garden doing?
Kathy, I hopeyou are having a good time.
Sheesh, talk about being post hogging barturd, guess I'm GUILTY for dat! Froze some of my corn yesterday, grilled the rest, now I have to freeze that today and also have more maters to put up. Still no cleaning done, maybe tomorrow for that. Hope you all have a great day.

Yep Lori..working again today and tomorrow...just like a regular week for me except I get holiday pay for Monday so time and 1/2...I will have to work Thanksgiving this year with the new schedule but I will have Christmas eve and Christmas day and the day after all off and the next week for New Years..so Im happy..I'll sacrifice Thanksgiving..and just do it after work or another day that week or the next..no biggie. My gram did make it up the stairs and down with help. She didnt attempt to go up to the loft however, which was wise. She didnt seem to care for all the stairs as there are stairs in the bathroom to get into the shower..she liked it overall tho and its not like she is ever going to take a shower in my bathroom. Thanks for the tip on retreiving lost posts..I see the arrow now..I'll give it a shot next time the gremlins come to mounge on my post.
Bernie..you have 3 furbabies?? They arent small breeds either..wow...Im breaking out in hives at the thought...I am highly allergic..they are all so precious tho....I just love dogs...always had one growing up and I miss having that unconditional love. I can have a pet at my new place I just have to get a dog that is hypoallergetic..like a yorkie or shitzu and I need to wait until after October..I have vaca planned for Oct and that wouldnt be fair to get a pet and then leave it right away.
slow day at the office....but better be somewhat productive.
xoxo

Spaghetti bolognese :
Learn how to cook spaghetti bolognese and you will never go hungry. The sauce is even better when it's cooked the day before. All you have to do to feed the family is cook the spaghetti, and reheat the sauce. Chopped basil sprinkled on top is a great addition.Serves 4
Ingredients
1lb of beef mince (or a mixture of beef and pork mince)
Olive oil
2 inch piece of celery, finely chopped
2 inch piece of carrot, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
The leaves from half a sprig of fresh rosemary, and about 6-8 sage leaves
1 bay leaf1 tin of tomatoes
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
Salt and pepper
Splash of white wine or water
The Bolognese is of small size, stocky and compact, covered with a pure white coat, long and fluffy. Square built, the length of the body being equal to the height at the withers.confusing huh

The spaghetti looks yummy too!!
Lara..is that really your car???? someone will have some bad luck smashing your mirror. I wish the best of luck for you with the guy you met. If he's a keeper he wont care about the boobs.
-
Lots of pooch choices there Cyn, and if I'm not mistaken, that is a picture of the Bolonese Pooch, and the Bolonese that you eat. Which I was gonna say, looks like sketti to me.
I don't think there have been any pictures posted recently Lara, but a few of us have met and posted pictures of our meets. Dorothy has met ChrissyB and another gal from here that hasn't posted in awhile (Scuby). I have met MemaSue and Wahine. ChrissyB has met A LOT of gals. Wahine also met our Junie, who has since passed away. Mema also met Heather aka KittyCat, she doesn't post much anymore either. NM met Scuby.
Who else? And there are some new meets coming up soon.
I wouldn't want to post any pictures of anyone without permission. You could also just keep paging back! Then there are those of us with our avatars that show who we are. I also have a hair journal on my ancient/out of date profile. Some are pretty scary, as I never had it "shaped", I couldn't bare/bear to have any cut off.
NM posted the drink of the day.
-
Oh and Wahine also has met Bernie and Jaybird too.
-

OMG I have a hard time keeping up with u uys, but give me some time and I will. One thing I could dive into that brunch ooohhh and the speghetti looks great. Do u guys acrually cook? I stopped so long ago I don't even remember how. Even my grandson was cleaning for me and he wanted to DUST my oven--Brat. And now I live with them--dgtr, SIL and grandson (8) I have my own corner of the house and I close my door and I'm fine. I lived alone for 25 yrs. now I don't LOL They slept over at their friends last nite (drinking) so no one will go and get me Kalua for y coffe--I have to wait til tomorrow--rhey like slugs toda and my randson isn't old enough. Or maybe I should get aileys--I used to make Baileys --didn't cook, but I could make Baileys LOL Anyone here make it---tastes just like what u buy too. OK now I want baileys--my thought process slows down sometimes.
My sister and I talk and together all the time and we laugh so hard cuz neither one of us can remember anything and usually someone will say u 2 were just talking about that Huh???? We figured that's why we talk so much to each other---good thing we've always been close--we never bore each other Oh and our cousin too we're all very close--we even shared our cancer so all three of us are boobless and brainless--so we have fun.
Oh and drains---I had all of the in for 3 months---but my Dr. told me I couldn't take a bath or a showere all that time!!!! That was disusting even to e--I cheated a little with help--so they didn't really bother me it was smelling like a skunk that put me over the edge.
Have a wonderful Sunday I'll be back Thanks for being so nice to me--Oh my name is Camille and gal is the first 3 letters of my last name--I'm not original.
