Wacky Definition Word Game

Well I'll be 5 years in January and had my 6mos follow up today.  I have had a complete hysterectomy/oophrectomy, but am still on Tamoxifen.  My onc said that there wasn't a whole lot of data on hormonals over 5 years usage and she believes there is minimal benefit, but that if someone tolerates them well that they use them.  I'll be on tamox for 5 and then aromastat for 5.

I would love to switch to annual appointments as it seems a waste of my time to go in for her to rehash my history, not do bloodwork, tell me no need for a breast exam because those are annual, and then to do a throat, BP, heartbeat, lymphnode check and I'm out the door.  I think at this point I would be puting them off if not the need to renew my prescriptions.
