    Funny, Dorkie....that reminds me of our dear Junie! Always had that middle finger up in her pics, although I remember it was hard to see.....what a fun gal she was!

    Hiya Chrissy B, yippee. I wish you were here with me. We are hanging by the pool. I jest spent a half hour on mese faborite floatie ting and oh boy is it nice. I was supposed to have my dear friend Ann back today but chit, wouldn't you know, de fn rat bastard got her poochie. I am bummed out for Ann and her furbaby, precious. She is 12 years old and diagnosed with cancer this morning. she is given a few hours to a few days to live. I have to say FURB! ughhh, hate hate hate de RB.

    Juliet and Bernie, love yer funnies...there is nothing better dan waking up to all you girls who post after I go to bed. 

    And Beanie, shucks, I missed ya last night. Had I knew you were coming, I would have waited for ya. A big pre-congrats on your NV residence, yippeeeee for you!

    ok here's the recipe for the lamb/feta burgers,exscuse the typing!     1 lb ground lamb   , 1/3 cup chopped kalamata olives , 3tbsp panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp  finely chopped scallions,2tbsp finely chopped onions,1/4tsp kosher salt,1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper,  1tsp chopped fresh oregano, 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese.                        with your hands mix the lamb,olives,breadcrumbs,onion,scallions,salt,pepper,oregano,and feta until all the ingredients are evenly distributed  .shape the patty's into 4 1/2 thick patties.    grill overr medium heat coals or pan grill over medium heat for 5 mins a side,        top with lettuce,tomato,cucumber and onion,  also can use a garlic sauce to top                         1/4 cup plain yoghurt,2 minced garlic cloves,-stir together for a thicker sauce ,strain the yoghurt for 30 mins prior to mixing with garlic
