Beautiful, I love the goat too! We are trying to figure out what type it is!
Greece is just gorgeous! -
This is my DH and his Mistress~
I took pics from the back of the bike today~
Carrie -
Carrie,
You've certainly taught him well! He has fine taste in "mistresses"!!!! A "red-head" at that! LMAO!
Carol -
Hi Carrie, of course you can copy the photo of the church. They are definitely poppies. Don't know about the trees in that photo but in the one above they are olive trees.
Cowgirl don't know what type of goats they are but he was milking one of them.
Carrie, I love your photos too.
Hugs
Mags -
Hey Carrie - that lady in DH's rearview mirror looks pretty hot! In my youth I used to love to ride on the back of motorcycles but am afraid to mention that now as DH is looking for any excuse to get one!!
-
A Red headed Mistress LOL! That's right!
When I turned 40 I got my Motorcycle permit, so I have a side attraction too ! DH takes off with his mistress and returns home with ruffled hair, a smile on his face and a spring in his step!
Kari someday I will get brave and post a pic of that chick,
but I don't know about her being hot! more like not so hot.
lol
Thanks Mags for letting me take the pic , I just love it
and the olive trees I have never seen an olive tree , how cool.
Greg where are the begining garden pics? So we can watch it grow? I won't laugh promise ( not outloud)
You should see some of the horticulture disasters I have
done, although they say there is no mistakes in gardening
only happy surprises I beg to differ.
Hugs everyone,
Carrie -
Hey, everybody! Mags: That does it, we are all getting on a plane and coming to live with you in that beautiful country of yours! How it's going--you don't wanna know, lol. Work is extremely hectic and there's a bit of craziness on the home front, but we'll get through it, one way or another.
Carrie: So, you're married to a biker dude, eh? I've also been riding my "bike" lately; except it has thinner tires and is powered by my legs, lol. But, I do come back with a spring in my step (once I get over the fatigue). As for the garden, it ain't happening lately; I mean no time to work on it as of late, and no signs of growth yet, either. Will keep ya posted, though.
Larry: Thanks for the post about your kids. Sounds like you've got a good handle on the situation, and Carrie's suggestion for your daughter was dynamite. Let us know how it goes. Good thing you and your boy have each other to bond with.
Cowgirl: Thanks for the goat update. How's that shoulder of yours, anyway?
Best,
Greg -
My shoulder is a pain! I really hate exercising it, and if I rest it, the dang thing hurts more. Other than that I am doing Great! But you know I have no worries, life is good I am cancer free!
-
Hi Carrie, you have a new avatar. Who's the sweet little girl?
Greg it's a nice time of the year now. Not too hot - just nice. Warm enough to swim if you're really brave.
Cowgirl sorry the shoulder is still bothering you.
Hi there KariLynn. I think Carrie and Cowgirl should both post photos lol.
Hugs
Mags -
Hey all! I just had to butt in here to tell you my news cause you all are so sweet and helpful to my sister and myself, I just need to share with you that I am now NED!
Got my last test results and I'm good to go!!! (it's a good thing, I don't know how much more Carrie could take! LOL)
Many thanks,
Denise -
Hey Deese: Congrats and thanks for sharing the good news!!! (Where's the dancing goat, eh?) You gonna take your sis out to lunch to celebrate? ;-)
Best,
Greg -
Great news Denise! So you're buying the first round of drinks, right?!?!
-
Jees you guys... I didn't say I hit the lottery!!!
Okay, here is my buddy, the dancing goat. Please notice that it looks nothing like Cowgirl's missing goat, so don't try to start nothin'! LOL
Thanks all,
Denise -
hnnnn he sure looks familar!!!!!
-
Yes he does Cowgirl!!
Once again she taunts with your goat!!
grrrrrrr
Carrie -
Denise, that is fabulous news. Thank you for sharing.
Hugs
Mags -
Mags,
Denise was here and read the posts and saw Cowgirl and I
were on her trail about the stolen goat and she ran away!!
LOL
Carrie -

Denise -
Yeah it is Sunday night and I decided to take a look, yay!!!

Carrie -
Hi all, I can't believe the quick response is gone that's the only way that I used to reply. Tried to put a smiley too but I don't think that's working. Never mind. Wanted to write in purple too.
Well the weather here has been lousy. Hope it picks up before my sister gets here in 11 days. I can't wait to see her and it will be fab to have two weeks off work.
Catch you all later,
Hugs
Mags
xxxxx -
Good Afternoon, if I am ignoring you I just don't know it! I can only seem to find this thread and no others!
Glad we can post even spotty! -
Woo-hoo quick reply is back Mags.
it makes it so much easier to post to more than one person
my mind can't retain that much info !
Cowgirl I deleted my cookies here and emptied my pm's
I still don't see new post I have'nt read yet maybe that will come back soon too!
I started walking a couple of weeks ago and now that Dream is back home I have been taking both Dream and Ellie ,
Dream does not walk well so I bought a brace lead and it worked out real well Dream is getting the hang of it very quickly and has stopped trying to take me and Ellie for a drag.
Densie has invited me to walking with her in a couple of BC walks this summer, one is making strides so I have to get ready for it. Did any one else get a pm about a recipe for a BC fund raiser? If this is legit I think I will submitt my home made chicken and noodles yummmm!
hugs everyone!
Carrie -
I got that PM. The poster has posted in The Pound, at some point I will check it out!
Mags I am with you I love quick reply, no time for the other! -
Hi Everybody: Been a few daze since I've been able to get my butt over here and post. DW signed up for a BC wellness program that meets once a week for 4-6? sessions, covering nutrition, emotional well-being, physical health, etc. She's already been to two sessions and so far, so good.
Best,
Greg -
Uh oh you know what that means Greg! New recipes, helping with exercise, sounds great for both of you!!!
I miss you guys! -
Cowgirl: So far we've been too dang busy to even talk about what she's learned! ;-)
How's that shoulder of yours, anyway? Btw, I thought of you last weekend: I did something to one of my arms and basically lost the use of it. I put it in a makeshift sling and some woman at a craft show we were visiting asked me if I had torn my rotator cuff! I said "No, just an old football injury" (not!)
Best,
Greg
P.S. Now with the Bulls eliminated from the playoffs (Mags, they're a basketball team), I can go back to being "normal" (whatever the $%^&^* that means!) and stop making my family crazy on game-nights. -
Hi Greg, thanks for explaining the basketball reference lol. I can't even shout 'GO BULLS' if they've already been eliminated.
I did a low fat diet for a while Greg and felt so much better for it. Shame I couldn't stick to it.
Hugs
Mags -
Greg,
Don't you feel stupid when you have an arm and can't use it? That bothers me a lot! Mine is functioning some now, my PT person is great! I got a TENS for the pain, I keep seeing these celebrities hooked on pain meds, they never give me any! Which is just as well I prefer to drive myself!
Well our local Baseball team is headed to state, so DH is crazed when he doesn't know the score.
Vince Young is leaving us for Tenn! Mark McGuire is being a butt in negoiations, Texas sports is not very fun right now! Mags Vince played for Texas wanted to play in Houston but got drafted by Tenn. Mark is a pitcher with the Astros! Maybe TO will not be a butt but I highly doubt it! TO Terrell Owens Mags, he has been moved to the Dallas Cowboys (football of the Seventies King) now we suck most of the time! TG for HS Baseball and Football in my case! -
Hey Cowgirl, Carrie, everyone else,
Is everything fixed now? (with the site?)
One thing still missing is my thread with my july sisters (where I met Carrie & Denise)!!! Yikes!! It was the july 05 chemo thread. Although we didn't post there often anymore, I still referred back to it quite a bit. I wish I would have known it was going to go, so I could at least made a note of the women (& men) that had posted there. I don't know if I'll ever be able to track them down now. I sent a pm to Melissa several days ago, but haven't heard back from her yet.
All is fine here, just busy with end of year school stuff.
Looking forward to summer.
Carrie, the mistress looks fun! Pretty pics!
Take care,
Wendy
