She has just been diagnosed with leukemia as a result of a routine blood test.

NO!! That is so sad. I saw her in the documentary "Pink Ribbon Inc." and was as impressed as I thought I would be.

Years ago I read a book or two of hers and very impressed. I'd not heard this but my guess is that we needn't worry b/c someone out there championing women to forge thru their cancer as she's done over the years will have no problem doing the same for herself. No doubt in my mind!
