After treatment now post-menopausal, treatment options?

I'm 42 and recent blood work indicated that I am post-menopausal.  I started TAmoxifen in January 2011.  My oncologist said I can switch to Femara or Arimidex if I choose to.  He says there are little to no side effects from either one.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Tamoxifen has been uneventful for me, hoping the next "drug of choice" is the same.

    I have been on Arimidex since February.  I'd not go so far as to say there are no SEs from Arimidex but I'm able to easily tolerate.  Arimidex causes bone and joint pain but I have a very high tolerance for pain and I've never allowed it to hold me back.  Maybe someone here has been on Arimidex and switched to Femara or in reverse and can give their experience.
