False to 10lbs but a couple more would be great. I dropped the "packed on with cement" 5 lbs a couple of weeks ago when I had an intestinal virus that impacted a bowel (sorry if that's TMI) - the silver lining of 5 days of being so queasy is that you cannot stand to even look at food much less eat it so yeah, you do drop some weight. So far I've kept it off
