    True ~ I skated 2 hours every am for years up until highschool then I lost interest.  Not quite olympic material but I did some competitions and shows.

    not particularly - but when it does blow the wind is more extreme due to the funnel effect of the valleys we overlook

    the next person has a CD of ocean sounds that she listens to at night

    (the reason I got a spray tan is because I am going to the ocean in a couple days, and I think that tan cellulose looks nicer in a swimsuit than pale white Tongue out)

    False to 10lbs but a couple more would be great.  I dropped the "packed on with cement" 5 lbs a couple of weeks ago when I had an intestinal virus that impacted a bowel (sorry if that's TMI) - the silver lining of 5 days of being so queasy is that you cannot stand to even look at food much less eat it so yeah, you do drop some weight.  So far I've kept it offLaughing

    The next person is enjoying absolutely gorgeous weather today....no high heat, no humidity!
