Just have a sec, as checking out and den heading for CA. Got back to condo in wee hrs of morning, and gonna head back to de Casino for a big brunch buffet with mimosas....luckily got all food comped here, which is great for Vegas. PLUS got comped into a concert last night with a local LV group we love (Yellow Brick Road) and have followed for yrs, plus oldies like Eddie Money, The Romantics, and the COMMODORES. Actually the Commodores were a dissapointment, and we were there from 5:30 to 11:00.....they were last group to perform. Had an awesome time, hoping for fun in CA, then back to Vegas tamarra night. WooHOO!!!! Going to Sun City then back to Sin City.

Babe D you must now be the official dwink of de da lady.
1 1/2 ounces Jameson Irish Whisky
3/4 ounce Noilly Prat sweet vermouth
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 can Guinness
#Preparation
Add the whisky, vermouth, and bitters to an empty mixing glass, then add enough ice to fill the glass 2/3 of the way full. Stir for 20 seconds and then strain into a Martini glass.
Pour Guinness into a cold glass large enough to hold the whole can plus a little extra (16-24 oz.). After pouring, wait about 90 seconds for the Guinness to settle. Carefully spoon all of the light brown foam from the top of the Guinness and place it gently on top of the drink, in the Martini glass.
Optional: To make the shamrock, fill an atomizer or small spray bottle with Angostura bitters. Using either a stencil or a thick paper cut-out of a shamrock you made yourself, lightly place the sheet on top of the foam. Spray with the atomizer. Remove stencil sheet and serve. -

wow NM, what an awesome poet you are!
Finally have wifi in room, which is GAWGEOUS, amazing corner room with almost endless windows, overlooking the water in Long Beach. Wish we all could party here!!!! Leaving early as lots to do here before going back to Vegas this afternoon. IF anyone has not heard about the Electric Daisy Chain festival, it was this past weekend in Vegas, SO the traffic coming across the Mojave desert was horrid, bumper to bumper, and took hours to get here.
HOPE everyone has an awesome day!!! Lori, hope you don't overdo, but are able to get a lot done. Dorkie, hope you are feeling better and can call it a pretty titty instead of a shitty titty. It better behave and get well and NOT shift!!!! Only got to read a couple of posts, and gotta get my butt in gear and get ready for the day. REALLY love your rhyming to all of us, NM.....that is sooooooo neat!!!!!
Hugssssssssss all,
Kathatired
