AMERICAN IDOL....Season 11
Comments
-
I agree Ginger - if I just saw Elise on TV and didn't know, I would peg her for mid 30s for sure.
I still think Sklyar will hold on til final two or three because of the country vote. I think Joshua being the only R&B/gospel style artist will get him a lot of votes too.
I always figured Kris Allen would go more toward contemporary Christian/Christian rock because of his background - he was the praise and worship leader at one of our big churches here before he was on Idol - I still think he may go that way if he doesn't have a lot of continued success in the pop market. He has done "ok" but has definitely not taken off like some of the other Idols.
-
Well I never get to see the results show...but on the way home I always phone a friend and try to guess the bottom 3....and I got it right on the first try. Then I ranked them as I thought they would go home and I had Colvin as the lowest votes....I'm not usually that good.
But that's kind of sad because I do not think we saw the best of him. And where were all the 12 - 14 year old girls who should be voting for him? -
It's a strange season on AI.
-
I feel AI has lost its zip.
If PP goes.
I go!!
-
I like Elise but am thinking that she's been pretty lucky on nights she didn't do as well. Also on the night I thought she did really well, she was in bottom 3. My guess is she'll be the next to go. Then I see Hollie and Jessica gone in that order. I'm seeing the last 3 standing to be Joshua, Phillip and Skylar. We'll see!
-
Tomorrow Night............
"The American Idol 2012 Top 6 are again singing two songs for the theme this week and one of the songs they'll be singing will be a song by legendary rock band Queen. The other is any song of their choice."
-
-
(((Teka)))....I know if PP goes...You go.
i don't think PP is going anywhere. He will be the last 2 standing ♥
-
I agree, PP ain't going anywhere and he will be one of the last 2 standing! Well said Sheila!
Cheri :-D
-
Will one of them do Bohemian Rhapsody? Not PP, nah, none of them is strong enough to do it.
Queen used Constantine Maroulis on their album for the song. Oh I hope none of them try it. A woman could do it with many revisions but it wouldn't sound right or visually be good.
-
I'm here
-
I feel lonely. Where is everybody/
-
I'm here sheila, when did the bands I used to listen to get old? Cream still sounds good.
-
Hi Karen
-
Hi ladies! What an odd song for a 16 year old to sing. Didn't Jimmy say last week that she shouldn't sing songs that weren't too old for her?
-
Missed her last week, but this song did seem too old for her, I just have not warmed up to her, maybe because of her age and her disconnect with the lyrics of the song
-
We had and have young singers but Jessica is little immature for her age......Sorry
Rosas....Yes that's what Jimmy said.....maybe they don't want her to win.......
-
Jessica has perfect posture--- which doesn't work for rock and roll. You're right rosasmommy----she needs to find a song suitable for her age.
-
I liked Skyler singing...............♥
-
Skyler was awesome!
-
Skylar is so much more believable in her interpretations of the lyrics, she can surely rock it out, I do wish she had moved around a little more, it was appropriate for her to be rockin' and I was waiting for it. Maybe in her next song, I like to see her lost in the song.
-
My wish is Skylar and PP final 2.
-
Skylar is definitely starting to grow on me -- she seems tired this week. Poor thing.
-
Late but, here!!!!
-
Seaside.....Were you cleaning the boys room
-
I'm totally there with you Sheila!!
-
As much as i like Josh his screaming is becoming too much for my ears.
-
Sheila -- exactly what I was just thinking! I want to like him, but he sounds so shrill at times.
-
Good song choice for Joshua.
-
Elise was good but she looks very unhappy why?
