Hi Laides,

I just wanted to come back after being gone for so long and let you all know i am seven years out from BC today!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had IDC grade II Er+/PR+/HER2Neu+. I had a lumpectomy, 4 ac 12 weekly taxol with herceptin, then every 3 weeks for a year herceptin and 36 rads.

I feel fine loving life. Had scans done last year still dancing iwth NED.

I pray for all us sisters!

That is soooo awesome. Congrats to you, I so want to be you in 7+ years.

Had a real poopy day and it was good to hear some positive news. Told my onc yesterday that I wanted to seak out a 2nd opinion. I felt that he was short with me and rude, maybe just reading too much into it?

My pathology reports says that I have infiltrating ductal carcanoma. Is that the same as invasive? 8/20 nodes positive. The most interlying nodes were positive (close to tumer) They keep reminding me that is a good thing!

Congratulations and thanks so much for posting...I too will be 7-years out this summer...The time has been intense...and cant figure out if it seems like yesterday or a million lifetimes ago...But I love what you wrote and so agree...I hope any newbies who read this will take heart and believe a little more now, that they are going to make it too....the great majority of us do!!!
