April Radiation

Anybody else out there about to start radiation?  I have 1st appt. tomorrow.  Ready to move forward on the journey but still a little nervous.

    I don't start rads until June but I wanted to wish you luck on moving forward!! I have had my consult and for what is suppose to be a "breeze" according to RO, I am a little nervous too.

    Thank you!  Just finished my 1st treatment I think it took less than 10 minutes.

    I just started rads too, was real nervous before it started.  So far so good, having my 4th one today (26 more to go...but who is counting?). Not sure if it helps but have been slathering on my radiagel twice a day.  How have you been doing?

    I just started rads too - was super nervous!  I am onto my 4th dose (out of 26, but who is counting?) and so far so good, my skin gets slightly blotchy and mostly feel tired straight afterwards.  I have also been slathering my radiagel twice a day for good measure.  How have you been doing?

    I'm doing pretty good actually.  Just finished my 6th appt. today.  Skin seems fine and I have some aloe I spray on several times a day.  Sometimes a bit tired but I'm not sleeping well at night so I'm sure that is playing into fatigue.  I have 32 more and yup I'm counting.  Despite the fact the appt. goes very quickly this 5 days a week kinda bites.   Katie
