Otay, otay....now mese gonna be baaaaaaaad and chat bout udder tings....I know some of youse are getting ready to start gardens, etc. I was looking up how to build a raised garden bed (cuz DH didn't listen to me when he built one b4 and it did not look so great!)...and one good hint they had was to put small pieces of pvc pipe inside, against the sides of the bed, attached with tube straps.THEN you can use long flexible pcs of pvc and put ea end into the small pcs to make "hoops" above the beds, and either put a material (or plastic if careful not to burn plants) to protect plants from the weather, OR a net over it to protect from birds, etc. Here are 2 sites that seemed pretty good. (I think I like the 2nd one best)http://www.popularmechanics.com/home/how-to-plans/lawn-garden/4308264

Love all the St. Pat's wishes today....such cute ones! I am dwinking an Irish Coffee made with the Irish whiskey we brought back from Ireland! Nuttin cud be bettah!!! Yummm....even has the creme de menthe drizzled over the whipped cream. My DH can make a good one!!!

Dang nab it! You chickies gab a lot. Now I'm 2 and ½ pages behind, and I CHECK IN EVERYDAY!!!!! So you probably won't even know what I'm replying to!
Great jokes Kathy, especially liked the band aides on the mirror.
Bernie, thank you for the nice Irish Friendship Wish.
NM, have you looked for places on line, where you can write reviews on those doctors/hospitals that did you wrong? Just another avenue to post a great rage!!!
Juliet, great post about all the cartoon characters, but every bit of it TRUE!
Kathy, any rain can cause flooding, just because it does not absorb into the ground and just runs off. But the folks in Phx don't know how to drive in any kind of weather!!!! Monica got voted off cuz COLTON wanted her gone, he has everyone wrapped around his pinkie, and I mean the one on his hand.......LMAO, I'm so funny!!!! I hope you hear from your doctor, but he's not the one that is doing the epidural, is he? Or do you mean having another follow up scope? I'm funcused.
Karen, I too would have gone to friends w/o hubby. Will find out later what you ended up doing and I hope you don't get what he's got.
Mema, bummer you have to miss the pub crawl, but it could be fun to watch all the peoples if one of their stops is at your place. Ok, April 7th.............I'm in for Payson. Depending on where you will be in Mesa, it should only take you about hour/hour and a half to get there. Will take me 2 and ½ hours. As for a place to meet......did you want to do lunch? We don't usually eat in Payson, so I can't recommend a good place. They do have a Chili's there, I've never eaten at one of those.
OH WOW...........look at all the Irish Drinks. THANK YOU BERNIE. I must have the Midori June Bug, in honor of our Junie. I'm certain she would be having a party at her house this weekend.
I'm only at the end of page 742, will try to read more later. In the meantime....
HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY AND..............
-
LOL at the St. Pat's card, Lori! YUPPERS nowadays you almost have to check in hourly to keep up! Sure hope you and Mema can meet up on the 7th!!! I return late on the 2nd, and the 6th is when I am *supposed* to have the followup endoscope....still upset at that dr though. YEAH, on Monday, it isn't him, but my spine surgeon that will do the epidural. I don't want surgery, and even though he is a surgeon, I am glad he never tries to talk me into that. The epidurals have worked in the past, so keeping my fingers crossed. OMG sooooo funnneee about 'splainin which "little pinky" Colton has everyone wrapped around...although he prolly would want them to all wrap around his other "little (emphasis on LITTLE) pinky" too! I can't stand him either, and I think he will fall HARD, verrrrrry soon, as you can't usually play EVERYONE for very long. I liked Monica and she seemed like she was going to play honestly. Too bad they took away Redemption Island, as she would have been a winner there I think, except for that other tall guy who rocked it in the basketball competition...he is a strong player too.
Oh well.....lots of green mugs todey for all!!!

Good morning my Irish fwends,
Nice to see such a big parTAY on dis St. Patricks dey. I am getting ready for de pub crawl. Dat is such a unique idea and I am in. I will be crawling by de end of de day, no doubt.
I can't stay long cuz mese gots to get me hairs cut todey but will be back later.

Beanie, hope you had a good night sleep. for such a tired goil, you sure made a gwate partay after I left, booo hooo. I taught all you goils went to bed, including de Katy O'dwinkadaadaa O'Mara.

Luck o' the Irish to all!
-
May the Irish hills caress you.
May her lakes and rivers bless you.
May the luck of the Irish enfold you.
May the blessings of Saint Patrick behold you.May there always be work for your hands to do,
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine warm on your windowpane,
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you,
And may God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.May you live as long as you want,
And never want as long as you live.May your glass be ever full.
May the roof over your head be always strong.
And may you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you?re dead.Always remember to forget
The things that made you sad.
But never forget to remember
The things that made you glad.Always remember to forget
The friends that proved untrue.
But never forget to remember
Those that have stuck by you.Always remember to forget
The troubles that passed away.
But never forget to remember
The blessings that come each day.Tis better to buy a small bouquet
And give to your friend this very day,
Than a bushel of roses white and red
To lay on his coffin after he's dead.we cannot share this sorrow
If we haven't grieved a while.
Nor can we feel another's joy
Until we've learned to smile.I complained that I had no shoes
Until I met a man who had no feet. It's easy to be pleasant when life flows by like a song.
But the man worth while is the one who can smile
When everything goes dead wrong. For the test of the heart is trouble
And it always comes with years.
And the smile that is worth the praises of earth
Is the smile that shines through the tears. What is Irish diplomacy?
It's the ability to tell a man to go to hell,
So that he will look forward to making the trip. -
