A blonde, a brunette and a red head were smoking cigarettes one afternoon. The blonde had Camels, red head had Marlboros, and the brunette had Kools.
It began to pour down raining, so the red head and brunette both pull out a condom and put it on their cigs. The blonde says "what are you doing?" - and they say "we're saving it for later!"
Impressed, and in a hurry, the blonde goes to the nearest store and asks for a condom. The clerk says "What size? small, medium, or large?" She said "I dont know... one to fit a camel?"

SIL was finally admitted to the hospital (don't remember if in last post if he was still in ER)...still don't know whats going on....stomach was hurting him , so CT scan ordered...said could be kinked bowel or its stopped....said the Xray showed stuff...haven't heard from her in about 1 1/2 hours....need to call her soon before Shabbat....She is spending Shabbat at the hospital.  I'm guessing her inlaws will bring her some food....Feel so bad for SIL.

I'm stressed to the max....Onc's office tried calling yesterday, but didn't leave a message....freaked DH out, so he told me to call....DH wondered if they were callin a week in advance to remind of appt.....so I called onc's scheduler and she called me today.....Some one is trying to get in for Tx next Th and she wondered if I could be flexible and move my appt.....of course I said yes, but now I have a knot in my stomach....So now, my appt isn't until March 15th.....I liked going in Feb as that was anniversary of Dx......just a lot of emotions with this all.....but I didn't feel like I could say no.....on my message I left her, she commented it doesn't seem like you want to move your appt....I said NO, i was just saying I wasn't calling to cancel....I really wasn't sure why she had called as there was no message......I told DH why she called and the first thing he said was "you told her yes didn't you"...put yourself in that person's position!!!!  SO now I have to wait another 3 weeks to see onc.....was putting a lot of my trust in the appt to move forward with BHRT.....so have to rethink the whole thing...do I wait.....so I see psychiatrist and try anti-depressants first (again!!!)....so much to try to figure out.......the earliest appt I could have gotten was the 12th of next month but that doesn't work with my work schudule and the 15th is only 3 days later....I was actually hoping it was just moving appt on that day....but what's done is done.....Oh my....I sound like a whiner!!!!

Just tried calling DD to get an update....she was just getting back to the hospital...I could her her FIL in background...so she is going to call me in 5 or 10 minutes.....will come back with an update before candle lighting, if there is one....Please keep him in your well wishes, thoughts, prayers...whatever works for you....Hugs,

To the rest, I'm home alone (except for the fur babies, Romeo & Gracie Lu) for the weekend. DH, DS, and DD2 are skiing at Snowy Range, WY (near Laramie) this weekend. I used to ski every winter, but after neck fusion surgery 4 years ago, decided it wasn't worth the risk of injury. I can ski well enough but I can't control the out-of-control idiots who may run into me! Since there is no roaring fireplace with cushy oversized chairs like in the movies (in reality its picnic tables and plastic chairs!), I will enjoy the solitude! So I'm in for the party. I still have at least half a bottle of Peppermint Mocha Kahlua AND Bailey's Chocolate Mint! That ought to be enough for the next fex hours-LOL!

Come on over, Kristy!! The tenders are here too, so we have them all to ourselves till the other gals show up!!!
