Abdominal mass???
I supposedly had a complete response to chemo, at time of surgery back in January. Just had a PET/CT scan yesterday. Preliminary report shows 2 "intra-abdominal" masses. What the heck??!!! I have to meet with the oncologist tomorrow morning. I wonder what this is now. I had a total hysterectomy/ooph back in January with the double mastectomy. I'll keep you posted.

MRI shows large cancerous tumor on liver. How could I not feel it? Biopsy next week to determine treatment.
-
Gosh, I'm so sorry. My heart goes out to you...
-
Shit. I'm so sorry. Try not to blame yourself for not feeling it...apparently I lived with an jumbo-sized tumor for a decade and never knew...There is hope - I lurk sometimes on the Stage IV board where there are lots of people battling liver mets. I'm sure they will be a good source of support and info for you.
Prayers continue,
V.

I had two large lumps on my breast? How could I not feel them? I think that's the wrong question. Eventually I did, but I have no idea how long they were there. Your mass was found. That's really all one can ask for. The enemy here is very tricky, shape shiting. Good for you that you can fight it off again.

This is a link to a Her2 site discussing new treatments and a link to two trials MARIANNE and EMILIA for TDM-1. Looks good. These links are not active, so you would need to cut and paste. I wish you were not having to deal with this. All our very best to you. G.

Redwolf, I'm so sorry to hear about this dx.
Please feel free to come over to the Stage IV Forum to ask any questions you have. Also, see if you can get in touch with CoolBreeze (maybe PM her). She recently had a liver resection for liver mets and is currently NED.
Best of luck.
Leah
