    False...

    took French for 6 years, so thought I was pretty smart when I got to France....but every time I began to "speak French", the locals would interrupt me and say, "that's ok, I'll speak English with you".  Guess I need further lessons:)

    I wish I spoke another language fluently. I know just a few words in Japaneese, French, German, Spanish. However I can understand more than speak.
