    Had a fairly good week - I did have a few slips but nothing drastic .......... until today!!  There were sweets at work ......... I ate waaaaaay too many of them!!!  Absolutely no will power!!  And it's a bank holiday weekend here, and our time changes on Saturday!!  

    Have a great weekend and a super week!! 

    Edited on Saturday to confirm weight down to 143.3 - fingers crossed that the sweets and bank holiday treats don't catch up on me!!

    "Extra Credit" = 1 - did Biometric screening at work and came in with good numbers for all except BM! but that too was better than last year.

    IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!

    I'm encouraged just to see people checking in.

    I get 3 points for poping in!

    We're back at dd --where the battery in her scale is kaput-ski.

    We head to FL in the morning.

    I should get a point for getting my act together today to hit the road. LOL.

    If you saw my Ford Escape you would immediately think of the Beverly Hillbillies go south for the winter. There's a kayak strapped to the top and sitting on the top of that is a roll of carpet.

    We got one of those 'extend-a-platform' things that hooks into the hitch. It is full up to the kayak above. Its seriously outta control -- packed every inch to the roof. Hubby spent ALLLLL day with the car in the warehouse, packing every square inch.

    I have ALL week next week at our national convention -- so no weigh in next week either.

    BUT THEN, we will have access to our exercise machinary & health club!!!!! Back to my step aerobics class, too!!!

    So I'm 10 days away from getting back on the wagon --for real.

    My goal is to get back to my ELAB starting weight: LOL....... that's the first step.

    Work on winter on the machines to get back to my ELAB low.

    One day at a time team.

    I'm back home after a difficult week away from my healthy routine.

    Friday check in - 3 points

    Weight - back up to 187.8 - 0 points Frown

    Water - 2 points

    Exercise - 4 points

    It's sad that I don't even make it into double digits - total - 9 points

    Extra credit - took time off work yesterday and rested - called in sick... imagine that!. Caught a really bad cold on Monday and it got worse as the week went on. Really slept and ate chicken soup! - 1 point

    Total for week - 18

    Went to DGS 1st b'day party last weekend. Ate cake and more carbs then I'm used to so that hindered any weight loss.... and not going to the gym all week. Just what I did over the weekend and step aerobics at home. The time there was priceless! Have pictures to prove it....

    Hello ladies.  The MIA team leader checking in.  I'm very sorry I've been MIA and I'm also very embarrassed cause I've gained a ton of weight since I last checked in.  This group was obviously my ticket to maintaining and then I don't check in weekly and up, up, up the scale has gone.  If I'm still allowed on this thread I'll start checking in again!

    Now I'll just have to try and curb my appetite this week - I think I'm hungry all the time because I'm tired all the time, not sleeping so well and the commute to work and being out at work (a lot of running around involved daily) is something I'm  still getting use to.  Ahh well !!
