Ok who is going to watch Survivor with me?
Comments
-
Ozzy voted for her too, so at least he knows enough not to argue when he's outnumbered.
-
Looking forward to another episode tonight.
-
Me too!
-
God, I hate Brandon with the heat of a thousand suns. Thankfully, he's so stupid that he's going to get himself kicked out - no plotting necessary. Li'l Hantz, if you're lusting after Mikayla, that's on YOU!! Stop staring at her and blaming her for tempting you. Gah!
-
Brandon is one of the most repulsive characters ever on Survivor. He lusts after a woman and blames her. He attempts to destroy her even though she has done nothing to him. He lies to someone he has sworn loyalty to (Coach) and then claims he is a good Christian. I feel sorry for Brandon's wife and family.
-
Someone on another web site has dubbed him TaliHantz, which fits, since apparently Mikayla needs to wear a burka to keep Brandon's eyes off of her, which is all her fault [/sarcasm].
-
Pretty scenery - nice beaches and big waves. Liked the part where they went out fishing. Wish they'd show more of that.
-
Omaz,
I agree. This beach is lovely with clear water and live coral which means plenty of good sized fish. Ozzy is a real expert with that spear.
I wonder which of the two women will be the winner on the Redemption island challenge?
-
I'm thinking the blond woman that went out last night.
-
I agree on Brandon. He is one strange person. My DH and I just couldn't believe his attitude towards the woman that he is lusting after. He wants her and then basically said she is the evil person because he can't control himself.......really????
I sure hope Brandon gets himself voted off soon.
-
I agree about Christine beating Semhar. She seems scrappy and Semhar seems rather fragile, physically and emotionally (crying because Oh, noes! Someone lied on Survivor! *gasp* How dare they?)
-
Interesting mix of character this season -- Bringing back Coach and Ozzy for yet another chance to win a Million dollars is priceless.
Brandon has shot himself in the foot with his recent revelations lusting for a beautiful women in a bathing suit -- I feel sorry for his wife, and family. MORON.
Redemption Island will be interesting next week. Christine will prevail as the winner in my humble opinion. She reminds me of a stray alley cat.

OMG! What if Brandon and Michela (sp) end up on Redemption Island together?
-
If he tried anything, I think she'd snap him like a twig. Which might be fun to watch.
-
I was surprised that Coach's tribe won immunity, since they spent so much time going into the tribal dynamics re:Brandon. Hoping they're building up to his getting booted soon. And, ha! Brandon can't keep a secret any better than his uncle Russell. I'm very disappointed in Coach for still thinking Brandon is an asset instead of a liability. Sorry to see Papa Bear get voted out, but it was smart of him to at least try to bluff that he had a HII. Still like Mikayla, still find Cochran annoying, as is the medical marijuana guy (Jim?)
-
Liked the water challenge. Big waves. Wish they would focus on some of the other people.
-
I liked the water challenge, too. Especially when the tribe would reel their tribemate to shore on the boogie board. I laughed when "water baby" Ozzy fell off. And yes, it would be nice to know more about the whole tribes, not just a few, but I figure they're foreshadowing these people either being booted soon, or establishing them early because they go deep into the game.
-
I cant watch this with you guys, I need a west coast grp to watch with!! but I can see the outcome reading your posts!!
-
Coach was right when he said last week that Brandon was struggling with personal issues. I am beginning to feel sorry for Brandon because he appears to want to be an upstanding man but doesn't know how to stop being a little boy.
Does anyone besides me think the shot was set up of Brandon sleeping with the ashes from the fire raining down; i.e. staged to represent sack cloth and ashes?
-
Sorry, Grimbol. I wasn't thinking about the time zones. I started to ask you if you wanted us to use spoiler tags until you'd seen it, and then realized that isn't one of the options on this board.
Ooh, notself! I just thought it was a weird shot and wondered how he could sleep with the ashes on his face, but sackcloth and ashes might be right. But that might mean they're setting him up for a redemption arc, and I really, really don't want that to happen.
-
Boy, is this thread dead!
I like Coach (more than Ozzie).
I'm not sure who I'm "rooting" for yet, maybe just Coach right now. I have no favorite(s). I was sad to see Papa Bear go. And as for Brandon, well, what can I say that hasn't already been said?
-
Maybe this week will perk us up!
-
Fingers crossed!
-
Man, Cochran looks more and more like a rat or a weasel, with his beady little eyes darting around while he's being discussed at Tribal. And if they want to weaken Ozzy, here's an idea - vote for Ozzy! He would never have seen it coming and would have left with the HII in his pocket - again. His tribe is dumb.
-
Okay, so I still like Coach more than I like Ozzie. Don't really like Ozzie and agree w/Cochran's comments. I agree with this weeks vote.
I think I like Bill (? the gambler). He can read people and situations quite well which is an advantage. So I guess I now have 2 favorites?
-
Cochran is just trying to stay in the game and I think he is doing a very good job. I also think he is growing as a person and will leave the game with more confidence and social skill.
Ozzy made the mistake that many strong players do; he became complacent and condescending. He was lucky to get a wake up call when he was still valuable to the tribe as a provider of fish. Once the merge happens, he will really be at risk.
-
The preview of next week looks interesting...
-
My DVR didn't pick up the previews for next week - it cut off.
I'm starting to not like Ozzy as much as I did in the past. He seems to have gotten very lazy and a bit arrogant. Or........other than catching fish, he was lazy last time, but the editing didn't show that side of him. How did y'all like the way Sandra (I think) gave a mouthfull about her team to the opposing side at the challenge on redemption island? Boy, was she mad. Last, but not least. Can Brandon be any more of a cry baby?
Still not sure who I like yet, I think I'm going to need a few more episodes.

Good God Brandon, grow a pair!
Something endearing about Cochran, maybe it's because he is hanging on by a thread and won't give up, my kind of person.
I still like Ozzie, but WOW he was given a wake-up call.
-
And from the previews, instead of heeding that wake-up call, Ozzy sulks and pouts, instead. Oh well, at least he's purty.
