    Gym membership....if I tried to do it at home, I simply find too many other things to do.  Plus I like the fact that the gym has a wide variety of machines, classes and my beloved pool, steam and hot tub.

    True...I need to go for my routine colonoscopy,go to vascular surgeon for checkup, therapy after hip replacement and routine dermotolgy visit.

    (I have an elderly father who lives in a nursing home in my town, so I 'get to' host all the family stuff as he can't travel.......alas, company coming has little to do with my great hospitality or cooking skills!)
