Gym membership....if I tried to do it at home, I simply find too many other things to do. Plus I like the fact that the gym has a wide variety of machines, classes and my beloved pool, steam and hot tub.

(I have an elderly father who lives in a nursing home in my town, so I 'get to' host all the family stuff as he can't travel.......alas, company coming has little to do with my great hospitality or cooking skills!)
