First onco appt after surgery & treatment

Hi Everyone-Just looking for some input here.  I will be seeing my mo in Sept. First appt since surgery and rads.  What can I expect?  What test should I be sure are done. I am thinking, I will go there, he will say "OK all done, cancer is gone, now be on your way".  Am I kidding myself?  I guess I am wondering what the future has in store for me.  Will I be spending a lot of time at drs from here on in or is this the end for me

     I had my appoinment with my Onc yesterday.  I have just completed all of my treatments. Chemo. Surg, Rads.  Onc said that I need a Bonde density test,  Which I had just had and gave me the talk ablout my hormone meds I would be taking then she said see you in four months.  Glad to be done.
