Jules I am with you at hating appts. Seems I keep getting more specialist added to my list. I now have to see an endocrologist. But gonna wait and work on that after my kids leave.

Help! On Tamoxifen for 1 year and 9 months. Counting the minutes to getting off. I've been fine on it til about 3 months ago when my body completely changed. Up until then the only side effects are loss of period and mild vag dryness which actually went away. No hot flashes, no night sweats, some moodiness. Now the problem is a constant bloated feeling and an inability to lose 7-8 pounds that in the past I could lose in two weeks. I know fat storage, metabolism and muscle mass is effected by Tamoxifen but what can I do to stop this. I work out a lot but it seems my body is just resisting the workout. I watch what I eat and have always been slender. Has anyone experienced this before? Sometimes by nighttime I feel and look 4 months pregnant. I know this isnt the biggest problem ever but a huge change for me (and getting worse) and so frustrating. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!!

revricki.. i am so sorry se have snuck up and started for you. I have not been on it a year yet I have not experience that se, many others ugh! but not that one. I dont have any real good advice to offer. But i have heard many other ladies havig the same issue. Maybe someone will check in and be able to help! good luck
