Hey everyone. I keep a list of these ingredients in my purse so I know what to avoid when I'm shopping if I want to try something that I'm not familiar with. Thought I'd share it with you.

Wow great list! Thanks! I was kind of shocked to see tea tree oil on there and lavendar...ok not shocked but disappointed...I use them both. And oh my gosh I drink raspberry leaf tea and eat alfalfa sandwiches all the time. I am so glad you posted this. I try and eat healthy but I had no idea. Bless you and thank you. :-)

The licorice that is on the list. Would that be your basic red licorice?

I think it is the black licorice, not the red

I found a list of herbs and foods on the internet that have estrogen in. Just type in "foods that have estrogen in". In the list was carrots, apples, beans among others. I was really surprised. I think I will have to print the list and carry it with me.

    Hollyann,

You are not to eat Kudzu, Willie B's babygirl and you are not to make kudzu flower wine.

Also, those pickled pigs feet and red eggs in the jar look kind of iffy.

Only kidding, this is a great list. I'll print it out

Being recently diagnosed I am not real sure on what "health foods' are good for me to eat. I appreciate the list.
