WellWater, have fun at the fair, maybe have a cream puff for me! The new thing this year is fried butter (frozen butter wrapped in a wonton skin and deep-fried then dusted with powdered sugar). I love butter but that sounds awful, worse than last year's new thing- chocolate-covered bacon on a stick.
