Dull ache in breast..

Wanted to see if anyone else has this. I finished rads 14 months ago with no problems until now. About 3 months ago I started getting this dull ache on my bad boob. Has anyone else had this problem??

Yes mari I did. It lasted over 3 weeks.

BS was on vacation. Oncologist said it's really nothing to worry about.

So I took myself to ER complaining about Breast pain and they did a US which turned out to be nothing.

Meanwhile if you are living in anxiety please go see your DR.

mari, I haven't had that symptom. But as an FYI, the Radiation Forum is very very active, including many woman posting symptoms years after rads ended. I wonder if you'd get more responses if you post your question there. (?)

Mari, breast lymphedema can start up at any time after treatment, even years later, so it's certainly possible. There's therapy for it that reduces the aches or pains involved and helps prevent infection in the breast.
