    True. I'm going to Seagrove, NC that is famous for pottery. Plan to buy coffee mugs. I wanted to do this before my diagnosis but never did. As weird as this sounds, this is a big step forward for me to finally do this.

    false....I try very hard not to take anything but natural sleep aids.  I do find public radio playing softly does lull me to sleep.
