I am from a small city of China, through the google search here, my mother 57 years

old, diagnosed in early May 2011 for the (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma) and part

(Invasive micropapillary carcinoma). Doctors recommend a preoperative adjuvant

chemotherapy after surgery four times, using the CEF regimen of chemotherapy has now

been 3 times, type-B ultrasonic displays the tumor has not changed, and there are

signs of metastasis to axillary lymph node, so doctors decided to advance the

surgery, I found by searching (Invasive micropapillary carcinoma) is a relatively

rare form of breast cancer, where doctors said the effect of chemotherapy after

surgery will not be obvious, I would like to ask the rest of the world where there is

    Diagnosis: microscopic to invasive ductal carcinoma 3, part of the invasive micropapillary carcinoma was changed.

    Immunohistochemistry: ER 40%（+）、PR 50%（+）、CerbB-2（-）、P53（+）、E-cadherin(+)、COX-2(+)、EGFR(-)、Ki-67 15%(+) .
