Thinking Out Loud.....

RCG, good way to look at it.
I'll have a piece of pizza, please.
Was at my sons baseball game. They won, 24-0. Yes 24-0. I feel so bad for the kids on the other team. They have won 1 game and lost 12. Everytime they lose, it's huge! Never a close game. Must be very depressing for them. Even my son felt bad for them!
-
Are you planning to invate them over LOL
-
the baseball team??? NO!!!!!!!!!!!! I have enough kids here on a daily basis!
-
Hard to believe the winning coach let the score build up like that - not the best display of sportsmanship! However, we are in Seattle where everybody is PC and nobody would allow the other team to suffer like that. Who knows which is right!!
I think you really should invite that poor team over
For pizza! -
I agree RCG, but there is no slaughter rule so they play. All there games have been like this. Sad. My sons coach also put in kids that never pitched before and had kids play different positions than they normally do.
I will send them to your house!
-
Yea Linda we have the 15 run rule on one league and don't know what the other league does...and nope don't want them here.....it is almost friday does that mean anything to anybody?
Deb where are you?
My kids are done school next week moved it up cause they are doing renovations in the school....3 years since the diagnoses...I wondered what a cancerversery was?
Cold beer you go Seyla, am going out tomorrow and getting broccoli pizza, can only get it one place around here that I know of OR down the jersey shore!!!
-
I've never had broccoli pizza. I love spinach pizza. Enjoy!
-
Well, I knew this was going to happen sooner or later, Dad fell in his bathroom and broke his wrist. He just has it wrapped in some type of ace bandage and tomorrow he sees an orthpedic surgeon. I have to get 24 hr care for him for a while. With the help of family and Homecare we should get through it. What a friggin pain in the ass. If he would only follow directions and pull the cord when he needs to go. Damn stubborn Englishman!!!
Happy Cancerversary Linda!
-
Deb - I am going to use this example with my FIL as we continue to push him to give up his ten acres in Maine and stop driving at 87 years old. He is just as stubborn, lovable but stubborn. I called up to him this morning to get his butt moving. When he came down, he was all doubled over and holding on to himself like he was hurt. Told me he was getting his ass moving. I was ready to kill him.
Linda - no, they can't come here. I am too old and a pending grandmother.
Blondie - they can just decide to stop school early? Isn;t there a required number of days?
Sheila - How much longer till you are on the sandy beach of Hawaii?
-
Deb...Sorry about your Dad. i can relate to you.
Diane i was planning from AUG 11 to SEP 2 but for some reason I'm not able to book my ticket because of the wrong low price advertisement. I even got in touch with their customer service agents .....Yes they are seeing the same price but the computer is not accepting that low price

I even tried little higher prices still no luck its always saying error or airline is not accepting it.
I just tried again no luck. Unless I want to pay close to $1000.00. I have to wait.
I wish there was a place where I could complaint.
-
Sheila - on local news here, we have a segment called "Get Jesse". This is the kind of thing people call about and he fixes it. Maybe you have something similar? Which airline?
-
Good morning! Keep fighting for the price Sheila, it's their mistake, not yours!
So are you officiall and publicly a pending grandma??
Sorry about your Dad, Deb. (((Hugs)))
-
I had that same problem last year, Sheila. Only difference it was for a cruise in SF Bay. I treid to get the tickets at the internet price, and it wouldn't accept it. I called the reservations and they said I could only have the price through the net, and they could only give me their regular price. Needless to say, we didn't go.
-
Good Morning All.
I strongly believe everything happens for a reason. Maybe there is a reason for all these nonsense.
Orbitz actually charged my credit card but its pending.
I had to call so many people to clear this mess.
If pending doesn't get lifted by Monday ooooh SLAP SLAP
It's a beautiful day here.
-
Yes Linda - it is public that I will be a grandma

I hate Orbitz!
-
Congrats Grandma!!
-
-
Too much caffeine?
-
NO. Just 1 cup of coffee this morning.
Do I look like certifiable

Linda...If there is room put J. Edwards there with the rest of them.

-
Ok, Jon is in. Did something happen with him today? I know he;s a dirtbag, but did I miss something?
-
He was indited (sp) They took his passport away.
He is *&%*&*%$#&*
-
hahaha!! dickhead!
-
A public "Congratulations" to you Diane. When is the expected arrival date?
-
Apparently, I am so old, I didn't know it is not a specific date anymore. It is a two week range - Thanksgiving through the first week in December.
Got caught secret spending last night when DH discovered in my trunk two boxes of children's books totalling more than $300. My plan is to provide endless children's books and/or literature.Doesn't matter, it was worth it...
-
when I became grandma at the age of 40 I was thrill and excited. And when I see the grandchild grows up day by day, I feel my life is so meaningful and does not want to die.I am looking forward to live for more years provided BC does not attack my life again.
-
Nice to see you raj.
TOL
-
Good for you Raj! It must be a blast to watch them grow up. Good for you too Diane, loved reading to my kids!
WOn our first baseball game today and have another at 8 under the lights. Long baseball day!
-
Hello??????? Where are you?
Back from my sons second game. They lost and my son was hurt in the second inning. They had to carry him off the field. He will be ok but is very sore. He was playing first base and the batter slid right into the back of his leg. He's icing it. Now, on to the Bruins game!
-
Hi Linda....Sorry about DS.
I was home all day. I feel very tired and lazy.

-
That's OK to feel like that. You have been through a lot emotionally. Have some dessert, GF, maybe some OCF, yes I said it!! Relax and get some rest!
