Hi SharonH!
I started chemo Aug 21 (my birthday!) in 2009. Currently 52 with 1 GK and 1 on the way. My grandson is an 18 month old, hockey playing Canuck. I'm looking forward to the day I can see him on the ice! I'm trying to figure out how to get up to Vancouver for a couple days this week to spend time with with him.
I walked in the survivor lap of Relay for Life last year and I have to say it made me proud to be there. I'm looking forward to doing it again at the end of June. It's been more of a fight after treatment than I thought it would be so I feel very honored to be able to walk it and know that I'm doing my best to beat this.

Hi, It does feel good to be almost at the 2 year mark also. I agree it has been hard feeling good after treatment. But getting better everyday, That Relay for Life sounds good. Christy glad that you could do the survivors lap. SharonH.
