So, after the bimx--thez expanders are soo damn painful!! My plstc says i still have feeling so, th injections are NO fun--hey, whatever, but i dread going to sleep cuz the mornings are brutal. Has everyone experienced this?? I consider myself to have a pretty high pain threshold-- its gotta get better--tryin to sleep upright?? doesnt seem t help--

    I did all the stretches my PS gave me.  I forced myself to do them 2x a day no matter what.  I also worked with a  physical therapist.  I am done with fills - at 510cc's I have no tightness in my chest at all with my TE's.  I exercise 5 days a week and stretch and I know that helps a ton.

    They SUCK & I can't ever get comfortable:( I am maxed out at 700cc's. PS thinks I am doing one more fill...not a chance of that lol! Does anyone else have pain when they take a breath? Feels like my ribs are cracked Eh.....

    I just had my bilateral on May 9th with expanders.  I got my first 50cc post surgery a few days ago.  Mornings are a rough but as soon as I get moving the discomfort seems to dissapate.  I am supposed to go for three more fills but to be honest all my friends all telling me I look the same as i did pre surgery,  Not sure where another 150cc's are going to go or if i need that much.  haven't gotten the full clearance to go back to the gym yet which I am getting very itchy.  I'm hoping that will help me to stay stretched and i see the PT in about a week and hopefully I get the clearance!
