Just needing a little support
Hi
going to my 6 month onc visit on Friday- will have an MRI and a clinical visit. I have my regular list of questions, my digital voice recorder. I feel ready and I feel great-but as you know, there is always a little anxiety around these moments.
I tried to schedule everything in this month-my check up,my annual bone density scan and my very first colonoscopy (yay!!!) so that I could really enjoy the summer as work slows a little and the kids are around more....
So, I have no reason to think anything is wrong-- I have one periodic twinge in my hip- but it comes and goes and may be related to exercise or the damn femara!!!! Other than that, I feel fabulous... but I am always cautious--my November mammo ended up in an excisional biopsy-- so I don't want to temp fate here....
please think good thoughts!

Hi Carole - good luck with the MRI and other tests. I'm not having any tests until late September - I refused as we are going overseas in August. I just know you will be all clear!!!!

Thinking good thoughts that all is OK.

I'm not sure if the scanxiety will ever go away. 'tis a b*tch!
A long time ago somebody on here said: "Worry is like a rocking chair, it gives us something to do, but doesn't get us anywhere." It helped me for about a minute, but that's something!!!
Good luck girl!!
(((((hugs)))))
