Anyone watching Season 10 of American Idol?

Yeah I did not see a dirty look at Scotty at all... just universal sadness at the departure of Casey.
AWB -- you are probably right that it's Jacob next, then Haley... though votefortheworst.com has Jacob up on their list now that Casey was voted off... and granted that didn't keep Casey on last week but you never know what influence sites like that have.
-
James, Lauren, and Scotty are safe, while Jacob is pulling ahead of Haley the growler. Casey did enough growling and kissing for the whole season of AI. A little growling and kissing goes a long ways.
-
Well, the theme next week should be interesting: Now & Then
Each contestant will sing 2 songs - one from the 60's and then a recent one
-
heartnsoul76,
Thanks for posting next week's theme! I don't know how I miss it at the end of the show, but I always do... LOL
Hmmm... Now THAT sounds like a very interesting theme!!!!
-
Ok, hurry, pull Haley out of the fire..........I didn't see it, so if she didn't do that to my dear Scotty, then someone pulo her out........................Hope its not too late..........
-
pip57,
I agree that Lauren is like a totally different performer when she is singing with someone else! I think it is really because she is so young and, maybe, having someone else with her on the stage gives her the confidence to just sing?
I agree that in the final rounds, when she sings with someone else, I am reminded of the performances that were so filled with confidence that she gave during the try-outs! She just needs to have a week where she lets herself shine!
I agree with some of the others that I wish she had waited a year or two because, while I feel she is SO talented, I think it's all a bit overwhelming to her and rightfully so! She's only 15!
-
Oh ducky!!!
Haley's in the fire???
OK... Just pulled her out and rolled her around a bit in a fire blanket! She should be fine in a couple of days...LOL!
We all have our favorites but no fair "taking out" the competition... LOL!!!
-
Ducky -- LOL
And yeah Lauren seems more relaxed in the group singing because she is less self-conscious... and just having fun. Something about being up there alone makes her nervous, clearly. I even thought she did better when she pulled that boy up out of the audience.
-
Lauren shined with the sweety pie.
-
-
Well, it looks like Lauren won even though her hometown with a huge population of 3500 couldn't vote! I would say she pretty much has supporters beyond her town - LOL!
-
At this it will be sad to someone go each week. They r all so talented. I feel shoud of st uck around. Casey I mean.
-
How I wish I could have been here with you to watch and celebrate Idol this week. But I to think that Jacob should have gone before Casey, but personally I don't care for eithers musical inclinations. Very glad to hear that James, Scotty and Lauren all did well. See you all on Weds!
-
Jacob and Haley need to shine tonight.
-
HAHA, we keep getting confused about which night! I think we're subconsciously wishing it still came on Tuesdays, being the addicts that we are.
-
JO-5 and heartnsoul76,
Yes, Wednesday and Thursday, and I so hope that Scotty doesn't go back to flirting with the camera.
-
Oh, gosh Teka! We can always hope!
-
I agree I wish it still came on Tuesday nights! The only good thing about it not is that I now get to watch DWTS while it is actually on instead of dvr'ing it. I love my American Idol
... Counting down the hours till tomorrow night, especially since I missed it last week because of the storms and no power
-
heartnsoul76,
Cute kitty!
-
-
YES!
-
It's Time 3 minutes and counting..........
Where is everybody?
-
3 Minutes to go and sooooooo quiet!!!
-
Seyla,
LOL... Great minds think alike.... I had to just check to make sure it's Wednesday!!!
-
SHOWTIME!!!!
-
LOL Seaside
American Idol!!!!!!!!!
-
They are all singing 2 songs tonight
-
Holy Smokes!!!! Lauren finally let loose!!!!
Just Wonderful!!
-
Lauren was wonderful every way. I loved her outfit.
i just want to hug her.♥
-
Yep.... 2 songs each tonight! 1 from the 60's and one from "now" (although what is now? This week, month, year, decade?).....
I'm a bit surprised that they started with the 'now' songs.... I would have done the opposite and left the young voting public with the songs they would know fresh in their minds when it came time to vote!
