    I think I got confused last week and they have given myself points for checking in the previous Friday, which I did NOT do, so last week I should have fewer points.  However, this week I think I get the points for last Friday's check-in.

    Maintaining from prior week = 1 point (Yay, I didn't lose any more!!)

    Exercising = 1 point for each 30 minutes = 7 points

    Making the Friday Check-in = 3 points

    Water  = 5 points 

    "Extra Credit" points awarded for special things done to encourage a healthy lifestyle: I sat down with my physical therapist and scheduled exercise classes for the month of May, put them ON MY CALENDAR.  I am asking you all to hold me accountable for making those classes - you have my permission to remind, support, encourage, and even nag if that's what it takes!! - 2 points as this was a big step forward for me!

    Do I get a point for going for first mammogram/ultrasound since surgery, despite fear/anxiety/still-sore-boob?  Yes, I think so - 1 more point.  And I am "cancer-free" according to the MO and radiologist!!!  Laughing

    Total: 19 points (last week should have been 11, so this is an improvement.)

    Dear nn3ypb, My legs are so sore today, you just might beat me, I've only got 40 min. in so far. Although I do love a challange, how about we both give it a run for our money?  I was up at 6 to watch the royal wedding and probably won't last too long tonight, gonna try to get another 20 in.  I want to thank o2bhealthy for posting for me each week, what she graciously doesn't mention is I can't get my results in the proper columns, so I PM my results to her on Friday and she transfers the info into the proper form.  She has a terrible sinus and ear infection and is tryng to excersize, rest easy and let the medicine work, there is always next week.  hugs to both of you, Karen

    The two pounds I lost last week have been found again Cry. There was just too many sweets in my house from Easter. Thank goodness they are all gone now!

    Hi all my wonderful birdies!  We survived the tornadoes with minimal damages to our barn and we just got our power back on today.  We haven't had power or internet since Weds.  My phone internet just came up late yesterday evening.  Crazy week we've had. 

    I much like some others did not fair well this week as we had no power and couldn't cook and have had to make do with what we could like snacks, chips and sandwiches.  There weren't even any restaurants in town that had power till yesterday and then it was McDonalds.  LOL!  I pray I have the will power to get back on the wagon tomorrow but not sure since the place I work usually supplies our lunches and we too have been without power there and last work was it was going to be another 7 days or so before their power in the area was back on. 

    Good luck to you all and stay strong with the will power to lose another pound or more!!!!
