    Cry False, I had to put my little Boston Terrier down at 14 about 6 months ago.........I miss my little guy.

    who knew?   For many years, international waters started at the approximate range of a cannonball the was shot. This was about 3 miles. Since 1982, the worldwide consensus under the United Nations Convention on Law of the Seas, has extended that mark to 12 Nautical miles from any national shoreline.
