    Hi Ladies, Could some on tell me what AL stands for? I know it is some type of hormone. Looking for something besides tamoxfen since I am post memopausal now.

    Hi! I think you mean AI- that stands for aromatase inhibitor. It is the choice for post menopausal women. There are different ones but I think the two most popular are arimidex and femera. They basically stop your body from producing estrogen. I hope that helps! Good luck....jenny
