Dancing with the Stars

Without Derek, I think the program won't be worth watching for me. I just adored seeing him dance! I like Max but I can't see his temperment putting up with Kristy. Frankly, the dancers selected seem boring this season. I may watch the first one to see if I can get interested but nothing to write home about imo, at this point.
-
Why is Derek leaving? Bummer. Max and Kirstie will be punching eachother by the second show....
-
toni30: I heard Derek is leaving because he is making a movie. I think he plays a dancer in the movie which is appropo. I'm so glad the youngman is doing so well in his career like his sister but I will sure miss them on the show!
-
Nancy - you got pics with those two hotties? I am so jealous.
Toni - that is exactly what I was thinking. Maks has such an ego and Kristy is so into herself too. OMG, there are going to cause an explosion on the set....that is for sure.
Hey is Tony also missing this season? I didn't see him on the line up. He is such a gentleman.
-
I watch and it was painful last season to see Bristol Palin get enough votes to stay in it. She was a horrible dancer. The star quality seems like the B range for me this season, but I will tune and and see how it goes. I heard Derek was only taking this season off? They do sometimes rotate dancers in and out from season to season. Let's hope he is back, he is a fabulous dancer.
-
Kate Goselin was also terrible when she was on. I did not enjoy watching her dance nor did I like her self absorbed personality
-
hrf - I agree with you.
I just saw the funniest commercial with Kristy and Max. She said something like ....yummy, yummy and pulled Max towards her. He had a big smile on his face almost saying he knows he is yummy. At least they are starting the season with a sense of humor. Let's see how long it will last. LOL

Hello Everyone! I just found this thread and I love Dancing with the Stars. I have been watching it since the very first season. Can't wait for it to start on Monday. I will be glued to the TV for the premiere.
Will miss seeing Derek - he was my favorite pro.
-
Hi Jo - Love DWTS and especially Derek. Going to miss him. I'll be watching with you Monday.
-
Hi Chabba - My, you never know when you are going to run into a friend. Nice seeing you here. We will have to compare notes after the first night.
-
Nice to see so many new ladies joining the group. Let the count down begin!!!!
-
I second that one. I can hardly wait until Monday night.
-
Nor can I.
-
3 more nights until the show starts - but I am not counting.
-
Here on the West Coast it is just over 26 hours till show time. but as Jo said a couple of days ago "But I'm not counting."
-
I promise I won't log on here Monday nights. I don't want to get anything away - I will have seen it before you guys on the West Coast. 23 hours and 50 minutes - but I'm not counting - LOL
-
Jo - It should be OK with every one for discussion on Monday. I think it was elimination nights and getting the results before seeing them on the show Tuesdays that some people didn't like.
Personally, it dosen't bother me one way or the other. If you want to PM me even when the show is still on here please do.
-
chabba - It should be interesting. I haven't seen the full line up and pairings yet. I will be glued to the TV tonight.
-
Looking forward to it.
-
Chabba - Are you and I the only ones on here or will others join as the season goes on? I just found this thread recently.
-
I will be watching it tonight. Not sure if I will continue after tonight but we'll see.
-
I'll watch the whole season. Been an addict since the first season.
-
One hour and 25 minutes till the show starts.
-
Got my dancing shoes on.....
-
I've only see this show in spurts but my favorite Steeler, Hines Ward, is on this season!! I'm definitely watching it now. Just look at his smile!
-
Jeez - Sugar Ray looks great - how old is he? The Disney lady did a nice job.
-
Help yourselves all
or dose this look tastier?
-
Kirstie surpised the heck out of me - she moved all of that body of hers. This may be a good season. I will be tuned in next week for sure.
Chabba - Thanks for the snack - how did you know I was hungry?
Who is bringing the snacks next week?
-
I'll try to find something fattening.
-
OMG, Kristy and the karate kid were great. That was a nice surprise. I think the talk show host will be the first one to go. Who do you think will be voted off first?
