Seyla, I have plenty of serious people here with me. Funny thing, no one else seems to see them.
-
now Meece is seeing people....we r in serious trouble...
-
Meece...Would you care to explain that to us.
-
I think we're all safe, everyone here...and everyone there.
Watching the first season of SNL, Can you believe that wasduring our youth?
-
Oh God, am I that old? Yup! But I am still mostly current
Yes, I read on FB, that is why I am teasing you....
-
Its funny how some people expect you to love everything from your own time.
I love music any type of music.
When the girls were young I used to watch music channels one day one of their friend was surprised to see me watching MTV and she told my DD.
I might be hitting elder age but I never feel I have to like only the old movies or old songs.
Like you said Diane Im current.

Sheila .. you know when we grows old we are not supposed to think of only old things. In order to rejuvinate our body and mind we should be in the latest trends. For me I dont bother to what others say. I am 52 now, I wear jeans. In India people are very traditional but for me I have no restriction, I cut my hair , I walk and talk like my daughter. Everyone says I am not mother to her but an elder sister only. Whats harm if you behave like youngsters. I keep on watching MTV, Fashion TV and even anxiously waiting to watch Miss World pagent ..so on.. & so on.. As we already past more than half of our life we can enjoy the remaining blissfully. I dont care for dead. Let it come because one or other day we are sure to go to our destiny. This is what my opinion. I want to hear from you all too.

My DS caught me watching one of the new "wedding" shows and was sondering about me, I then rewound it and showed him what I saw that he and FDIL might light, and he told me I could watch all the wedding shows I wanted.
I wish my body didn't give me pain when I do things like I was younger. I remember going to play paintball with DS, I was fine all day until I got home and realized I was not 16 anymore.

so frustrated he won't go to the partial program, which is only 9- 3 and now he will have to go back to school full time on monday....oh well who knows what will happened now.
-
I like the way you think Raj!! Good for you for being so in control of your life. I love my jeans too and wear them everyday! I do know it's more accepted here so I am very proud of you for wearing them there! You go girl!!
Good morning! -

I wear jeans too - when I can find any that come close to fitting! At home, I'm in sweats - which also don't fit right
I'm just not proportioned the way they make clothes... Better get back on that elliptical!
Hope everyone gets through this storm unscathed - no flooding, power outages, etc.

Still here - found out my I am overweight today. The heat is on. They said the warmer your home, the more likely to gain weight. I am sure it is that!
-
Have a fun weekend Diane!

thanks peeps, I think I made a decision to let him go live with the daughter she wants him to live with her cause I am a awful parent to him and he doesn't want to be here, he only told them he would go to the partial to get out, so I told him to go and switch schools on monday.....he told me to shut up about 6 times about an hour ago and how annoying I am.....so I have to do what I have been avoiding to keep peace and I am sure it will just escalate......
-
So sorry, Blondie. Take care of yourself.
-
So sorry, Sandy. I hate that you are going through this. (((((((HUGS))))))))
-
So sorry Sandy. Do what you have to and be safe. Maybe a little separation is what you need.
XOXOXOXOXOOXO
-
Hugs Sandy. Like linda said maybe little separation will be good for all of you.
Does he listen to his sister?
-
listen to her, she doesn't say anything, she is the one that I sued for visitation of my grandson, does that tell you what I am dealing with.....she doesn't think he needed to be there and she probably told him to play the system cause he admitted only agreeing to go to the partial program to get out of the facility he was in.....it is good for him to go there for me and George cause it is just a matter of time before things escalate again, but for him she doesn't believe in counseling or him taking medication so who knows what will happen....I just wanted to finish raising my kids, for them to have my input for as long as I am here, she undermines my parental authority with him all the time....but when he started telling me to shut up it was like going back 10 days and I saw it all starting again, can't do that anymore, don't deserve it and won't tolerate it so I have to let him go....he doesn't want to be here anymore, anyway and I think he will do whatever to get me to let him go....thanks for listening.
