Okay...now I got it.
I saw the same thing last week and couldn't keep until Friday. lalalalalalalala
-
I am now putting the other post down here...
Okay, then I have it. I saw something today that I hope I can keep until Friday. LaLaLaLaLa
-
-
Okay Meece...Now Im lost.
-
I took my post from the top and was going to post it right after the picture, but you slipped in an posted first. Sorry for the confusion.
-
love that picture Meece.
-
Thank you everyone for the extra point. I did not go to the doctor. I do have some bruising and am very sore. Of course my reconstruction would be my biggest worry right now and if something was damaged in there. The idea of people pokeing me right now or going through testing is too much to deal with. I'm assuming since God got us through this that I will be ok. Of course my exercize level is going to be down to nothing this week. It will come back though....it will just take time.
-
YAY for PAGE 100!!! The picture is darling Meece
We have tiles just like that in our bathroom, so you can guess how old our house is!
-
-
All the teams are doing so good! If you add all the weight loss together, there is almost a whole person of missing poundage! Peacock Proud o' you!
-
I am hoping to continue my no gain streak through tomorrow. I feel pretty good about it.
I noticed that prayrv has reached her goal of 5 lbs lost! Good for you, Prayrv!!! Should that get a point?
-
Anyone else here have a 4lb flucuation up and down.So wierd and I have recorded everything that went into my mouth
-
Yes, I get that often. I just hope that I can keep the upper number in control. The lows are great but making that upper number of the fluctuation go down is my goal. It must have to do with the amount of water we are retaining, because there is no way I eat 4-5 lbs of food in a day.
-
YEEEEESSSSSSSS mumayan and Meece.
I gained around 11 pounds through chemo. Since then + herceptin, I haven't been able to loose the weight.
I loose and gain around 4 pounds, and it is not connected to what I eat or how much I exercise.
I'm much more tone though.
Do you think the implants weigh more than real boobs? I was a C and still am a C. Just wondering...
Soooooooo frustrating
-
That's a good question, MaiTai. If so, am I heavier on one side than the other?
-
Team Captain Suzette, everyone:
Since I will be gone tomorrow morning, is it okay if I have my check-in today?
I will not be at home for my next Friday check-in as well, so that would be two weeks with no points from me.
Here are my point totals: Use them if you wish.
ROCKIN' ROBINS:
Weight: 150.6 = gain = 0 pts
Water: 7 pts
Exercise: 17 pts (I helped stack wood for 5 hrs along with my usual work-outs which is why the points are up this week.)
Friday Check-in: Not on a Friday, so 0 pts??
Extra: 0 pts
Total: 24 pts
Keep up the good work E-Labers! This is soooo good for us, & lots of inspiration to continue on throughout the year, keeping our food journals, drinking lots of water, working out more with spring nearing meaning we can get OUTSIDE. YAY!!
I will be off celebrating my Granddaughter's 4th birthday ~ lots of tea parties, playing dolls & dress-up, making things with play-doh, playing trucks with the grandson, getting beaten (hee-hee) at crazy 8's, all kinds of fun!
Take care everyone!
♥ -
Thank you for checking in and remembering us, Valjean. I would say the points count since actual check in is impossible. What do you think Leaders?
