How Long to Follow Up with BS?

I wasn't sure where to post this question but here goes:

I am a year out from original diagnosis.  I finished chemo, rads and am now on Tamoxifen.  I see my onc every 3 months, and my breast surgeon and rad onc every 6 months.  I made a comment to my PCP that I have so many docs I see (I also have a separate gyn) and my PCP said if I wanted to streamline things, he thought I could rely on my onc's breast exams and not see the BS as often or at all.  I don't mind going to the doctor since it gives more peace of mind to have so many looking after me, but was curious as to how long you follow-up with your doctors after treatment.

I'm two years out and see my BS every 6 mo. same with my Onc. Started off every 3 mo. I love them both but I know the BS is very aggressive and pro active. Her check ups are more intense and she knows my breasts inside and out (Ha-Ha) I find the Onc also relies on her judgments. He on the other hand makes the calls on my meds and other cancer related issues. If your comfortable and have the resources to see a variety of good Drs I say go for it. It's hard enough to find peace of mind as it is!
