Aunt Seeing Dead People

When my grandmother was dying she talked to her dead mother and brother all the time. She was actually annoyed when "real" people came in to her room as we seemed to be interrupting her conversations. She was otherwise lucid and knew who we all were. The situation didn't cause her any stress or confusion and she would say "I know that!" when anyone tried to point out that they were dead, so the doctors left it as it was.

I would be concerned though if it seems to be causing your aunt any distress. I hope you and your aunt find comfort.
