    true but not so much the past few weeks

    The next person has a New Year's resolution to exercise more.

    (our local college has an activity center that community people can join for not a lot of money, there's a running track I can use for my walks... Ruth next year I may have to join the 'let's post our daily exercise thread' to motivate myself...)
