    Rain...I couldn't read anything serious during chemo because I couldn't remember things from one page to the next, so could not follow plot twists & turns.  It gets better!

    Badger - thank you - I am glad to know it is not just me as it has been really upsetting for me, I always read my self to sleep before, but like you, I can't remember what happened on the previous page.

    false - LOL I watched some of the most inane drivel during chemo recovery (e.g. my super sweet 16 on MTV - spoiled brat girls getting thrown lavish 16th b-day parties by indulgent parents)

    The next person DID NOT receive a car on her 16th birthday.
