    Yes, Ruth - there is a thread on here for Seattleites and they/we are all meeting on Tues evening.  Some have been done for a few years and some just found out in the last week.  I guess there will be 14 or so.  Should be interesting.

    in my childhood in upstate NY we built some awesome snow forts, does that count?

    (I've met one board friend in real life and it's a wonderful experience.  Have fun!)

    The next person has made a snow cone with actual snow (vs. shaved ice).

    edit to add: a snow cone is really good with pure maple syrup!!
