No problem Lilah...may have been the way I wrote my post.
Hurleygurley: Thank you for the info on the pocket work. Very interesting. I hadn't considered that may factor into the final size/outcome. See my message to Whippetmom. I saw my doctor today and going to try and be patient. I'm praying for some really good "fluffage" or whatever it's called. :-)
-
Awww thank you KittyKat so much for your reply. You made me feel so much better. To hear that you're basically my size and ended up being a 34DD pleased me to no end. I'm sure I'm totally having boob greed. I think if I hadn't had the expanders removed, I would have had my PS keep filling me till I had two GoodYear blimps and floated away. :-)

Yes, I have a Nordstorms' at my mall nearby. Ok, I will talk to Val. Do the women at the bra dept know what they're talking about or just have Val tell me what to get?

LADIES PLEASE READ THIS POST!
THE TATA SISTERHOOD now has a FACEBOOK.
I realize most of us are on FB and are on eachothers.. BUT so are all our other family memebers and friends. I have created a totally safe FB that is only FRIENDS.. US only... so pictures and talk.... etc can be share freely..
The only ladies I will let in.......are US!
This is the TATA SISTERHOOD FB WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Packergirl gave me the OK to use her original picture on the 1st CD. It is a picture of two little girls with oranges as BOOBS!
So Tatas...... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR US! Please use this FB for all things TATA!
It is under the name:
LAURA ESTEPP
.IN ORDER TO JOIN.. you need to get ANOTHER FB ACCOUNT. Just sign up again using your first name as your FIRST NAME... and use your SCREENAME HERE as your last name.... JUST MAKE SURE YOU CREATE A WHOLE NE ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE WILL KEEP IT FRESH.... NOT CONFUSING... and JUST US!
Gisella and Jaz.. and Packer all are in favore of our OWN place on FB. If you do NOT see your favorite TATA there... PM them and let them know....... PASS THE WORD GIRLS.....
THIS IS OUR OWN PLACE !!!!!!!! BRING PICTURES OF VEGAS 2010!
WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
-
Laura....What a GREAT idea!!! I love it!
-
ANNIE..... I WAS JUST REPEATING YOUR WORDS........ I WAS NOT NOT NOT talking myself... I think you are a Hot mama ...and you ALWAYS say these things about yourself... I WAS TEASING and I am sorry... I would NEVER say that myself.... as it is 100% wrong.....
Lord, I am going now to delete........... I was just meaning to joke as you and I always do..... I apologize and HATE how the Internet typing conversations can come out 100% bad at times. You have my utmost apology.
-
travelgal....Post your pictures!!!!!
-
Estepp - can we request to be on the tata fb page even if we didn't go to Vegas and are newbies or is it just for the tata's?
-
Laura: I think Dawne-Hope has a point there....
-
The Sisterhood FB is a place for us all to go.. where it is safe to talk.. share ... keep in touch... It is not about going to Vegas or planning it ... It is a TATA SISTERHOOD FB... All trips to anywhere are individual. Not part of an organized organization. Just friends choosing to get together.
This FB will be only us... this way... we are all not mixed in with our families and other friends... for those who choose to keep private about their journeys.... and be able to speak freely..AND this way OUR FAMILY's will not ask us... WHO ARE ALL THESE LADIES.... LOL LOL
Did this help answer your question?

If you want to join the TATA SISTERHOOD FB group...
1st.. you will need to create another FB account. Use your first name...and use your SCREENANE here on BCO as you last name. You will need to use a different email that your original FB that you may have.
This is really the only way to keep it private...
-
I will post this morning. Didn't take them last night but will do today :-)
-
Laura, it's really OK....I was just confused and hurt, as that soo was not like you. I do poke fun at myself, sort of "dutch courage" thing, but I think I should stop...this post makes me realize that another sister may take what I say about myself the wrong way and feel bad about her own self image. So I am very much at fault for doing that.
Thanks for the PM...we're good. I love you.
xoxo

Hi Almagetty, you and i are almost on the same schedule for this um...bc event. I'm also considering Tamifoxen. Pm me and let me know who your drs are and where you get chemo. recovering from chemo yesterday so will have to read up on your exchange process later. Isn't the weather outstanding??? hugs,
Ruth

Hey guys (I mean gals)...I didn't get a chance this past Monday to ask my ps when I can start sleeping on my sides. I know everyone can relate that sleeping on your back inclined gets old. It's been 8 days since exchange and I am wondering how long we need to sleep in this position!
-
hurleygirly - I think I was at least 2 weeks out from exchange ... maybe 3 before I was able to roll over on my side without discomfort. The only guide my PS set was if it hurts, don't do it. I'm sure others have more clear 'rules' but I was at least two weeks out before I attempted it.
-
I didn't do it till 8 weeks out... but that was mainly because it was too uncomfortable till then. I never actually asked my PS I just did it. If it's comfortable, why not do it? If you are worried you can always call your PS's office and ask the nurse; they will get you the official word on it. But yeah what Dawne said: if it hurts, don't do it

-
Dawne-Hope, Oh great news! Thank you. I don't have any discomfort...was just super paranoid about potentially screwing up the implant placement! The past 8 days have been me sleeping on my back with a boston terrier shoved up against me on both sides!
-
Thanks Lilah...I just didn't want to wake up with an implant that shifted under my armpit! LOL I sleep in a sportsbra anyway though so I guess I shouldn't be so paranoid. I am going to try it tonight!
