YAY SYLVIA!!! I'm so glad you have decided to post!!! I have your tata shirt ready to pack!! I'm hoping we can meet up on Friday before the meet and greet to make the exchange.
I'm thrilled that both you and Terri have been able to get together! It must be great to have somebody locally to share your experiences with.
I look forward to meeting you along with everybody else!!
WOO HOO!!!! SUSIE...OH SUSIE...WHAT'S THE COUNT?????

Jazzy -- thanks that makes sense and I'm sorry I was so dense
I looked it up and it appears that the City Center is part of the new Aria casino construction (a very modern series of buildings)! I can't wait to go there... it appears to be across the street (in a LV sort of way) from our hotel (between Bellagio and Monte Carlo)... so I think we might all get away with walking there (am I crazy)? And yeah it does sound like a good idea to grab some food before the meet and greet.
As for t-shirts -- well... if we wear them on Friday night they might not be fresh for Saturday night, you know? So my vote is to pick one night on which to wear them... and what can I say there is something mad and crazy to me about all of us wearing them at the Piano Bar and getting smashed lol.
Love the idea of a big photo op on the stairs! I think you can see those stairs in one of the pictures in the link you sent -- so cool.
-
City Center is beautiful and the staircase is amazing! Are we going to be walking to the Venetian? If anybody wears heels, it could end up being a very long walk. Everything on the strip looks close, until you actually start walking!
-
I think there is a PF Chang's right outside of the Planet Hollywood as well... and next to that a little outdoor bar / eating area that looks like a Tiki bar.
-
Oh hey I forgot to mention...WE'RE GOING TO VEGAS IN JUST 16 DAYS!!!!!
WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
-
Went to order a shirt and bad news.. My size is not available any longer.. Just my luck!
-
Jennifer...try a different style of shirt
-
LOL Jazzy
Jennifer - or you can just buy a blank tank top and wear that -- so that at least you will be dressed in a black tank or tee like the rest of us (if not a "Save the TaTa's" shirt.
-
JKZ, I may have an extra, what size do you need? PM me if you want...
Cindy

Hello Ladies, I am really excited to get to meet you all in Vegas. I was reading the posts and to confirm Jazzy, she is correct I tried several places for dinner Friday. Due to the size of the group, they required a couple of things, 1st a set menu 2 or 3 dishes to pick from, 2nd half of the estimated bill for 60 people. The set menus I got from the different places where between $30 to $40 person plus gratuity and 18 % tax. Also if we wanted to be out of the place by 9:00pm we had to commit to be there no later than 6:30pm. At that point since we have different arrival times to Vegas and everyone wants to go to the meet and greet it was decided we move the meet and greet to a later time.
Crystals is pretty much across from PH within walking distance. The stairs are the ones you can see in my avatar. It is a very modern pretty cool place. We are supposed to be getting some discount coupons once we get to Kahunaville Saturday morning and for the ladies that are going to Nordstroms (one of my favorite stores) it is across the road from Treasure Island.
Please PM me if you have any questions and or ideas.
Hugs to all
Gisella

T-shirts are a must for the Piano Bar!
I was also wanting to wear mine to Freemont Street on Sunday. You can handwash them in the sink at the hotel and let them hang dry on a hanger.
-
Gisella I am so impressed with the economy of your plans (not just cost but also convenience getting from one place to another)! Do you do this for a living?! You ROCK totally. I know I keep saying it but I keep on feeling it
-
Just bought 3 shirts 126.00 later not inluding S&H which I did get for free.
I am set!
Have a great day ladies off to work I go.. Can't wait till the 30th! YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!
-
Wow -- three shirts!!!
-
Wow you guys just move right along! I was 30 pages behind, but I swear I'll start checking in more, I can barely keep up with life much less the threads.
I'm trying to figure out my budget for this whole thing and I can't find where the itinerary was posted. Any thoughts on what the weekend will cost?
Sorry if I'm doubling a conversation that's already happened!
Julie
-
Julie I PM'd you but it's on page 70 (Jazzygem posted it so you could also just search her name).

I have ordered an extra shirt by mistake. If anyone is interested. It is a large black Save the Tatas shirt with the bling design. It is very cute! I would be happy to offer it at $25, a bit of a savings. PM me if interested.
Getting very excited!!!

I agree that we should all decide when we wear the T-shirts and when we get 'dressed up'. The Piano Bar is a must for the T-shirts. It is also fun to see everyone "dressed-up". So are we dressing up for La Scena?
-
Depends on what you mean by "dressing up"
-
Lilah...love your new pic!!!!
dressing up for me is a simple casual dress with sandals....no bling at all...that is just who I am...
how many days????? I am starting to get all my things together
