I can not tell you how much enjoyment I get out of working with survivors to regain thier strength and control. The moment when they realize that they don't have to act sick and can push themselves a little is fantastic - it is like watching hope.
Life is good and I pray it stays that way.

Great video and awesome that you have an ongoing support exercise group!

Wow, what a good way to "take control". What a model you have become and how good it must feel for you to give this hopeful message to others.
-

Love it!

Major milestone Mary. Congrats!!!
The key is not having to feel or act sick. You don't, and it's amazing how much you can do if you try or push through.
I was careful to use the word "dragging" as opposed to "sick" when going througha active treatment. Have to say though, that it is wonderful to have my kick butt energy back.
Plus.....having a guy call out "great body" when I was out cycling by yesterday.
-
Great Story!! Thats Amazing..I am gonna try to start an excersize program i guess walking would be the best place to start?
