I'm here. Decided to take some time away; I think it's good to do that occasionally (might even get some housework done!)
Happy to see everyone's warped sense of humor is still intact.

Night my friends.
-
Meece, It took awhile. I was 21 when they married. I'm 56 now! But I've never not liked her, she just took gettin' used to (about 20-25 yrs worth)!
-
Well there may be hope then. Ba=ecause of SKIDs, we are not welcome at DHs family's events. They hate me, so they have turned the whole famil against DH for loving me. Sorry I;;ve had a bad week, and needed to vent.
-
Awww that's harsh! Sorry! Vent away kiddo!
-
Meece, that's horrible and although it hurts you and DH, it's their loss. Pats on DH's shoulders for sticking by you. Vent anytime.
-
It was tough the first few years because DH wasn't sticking by me, but in two weeks we are celebrating our fifth anniversary. It's great.
-
He realized the gift he has in you as obviously those others are ridiculous.
Ainm, how is your son doing? Is he still here in NJ?
Hope everyone is okay and enjoying great weather like we had today. Night now.

Seyla, you've been busy.
Happy Friendship Day, friends!

Gee, haven't had my "motor running" since sometime last year

We dealt with my MIL and FIL dementia for years. MIL passed away from other medical conditions but poor FIL took a very long time. He finally just told everyone that he never wanted to see another doc. and passed away from kidney failure. This all went down while I was on Chemo. It was very hard and yet in some way it was peaceful. We were having a heck of a time literally dragging him to the doctors. I found peace in knowing he was done fighting and ready to be back with his wife.
Keep busy and keep cool ladies, like we could do anything else.

I SLEPT LAST NIGHT!!!! Doc. found a benign tumor in my lower back and gave me some muscle relaxers. I don't like taking more drugs but sleeping last night with so much less pain sure was sweet.
Good Morning!!!
