Anybody with Paget's Disease?

I was just doing some research on Paget's Disease, which I had, and am finding conflicting information. Is there anybody who has concrete information?

    I had Padget's 7 years ago. My actual breast cancer tumor (1.5cm) was behind the Padget's disease. Padget's is what sent me to get a mammo in the first place as I was only 33.

    I had exactly what Pattih wrote.  I had a mastectomy because of Paget's thinking I would do that plus immediate reconstruction and be normal again by the end of summer because I would not have to have chemo or radation.   But during the surgery they found another little tumor (1.6 cm) that was aggressive and fast moving and was hidden by the Paget's.  They ended up removing 17 lymph nodes with 11 being positive and I'm Stage 3, scheduled to begin TCH chemo on June 3.  I'm older than Pattih.  In fact I'm starting chemo on my 55th birthday.  I seems like a big black cloud in front of me.
