THE 2ND TA TAS SISTERHOOD REUNION IN VEGAS!!

I just went back and checked -- Gisella's original post re: rates is on page 12 of this thread if you want to look yourselves -- and those rates ARE the right rates Val (btw, I did PM you   -- I think we all deserve luxury rooms anyway

Good morning ladies, I have a question, am I missing something?  Is there an issue with the rate???  I have no had time to read all the pages.  If you guys have any questions please PM me. 

My plan is once everyone books their room is to work with our hotel contact in sales to request adjoining rooms for this group.  Due to the fact this are Luxury rooms with 2 queens and not all the rooms are like that, there is a chance they do not have 20 rooms of that kind in the same floor or together but lets see what happens.

Also I have been told I can give them the last names those rooms are going to be booked under so only those last names are allowed to book rooms in that group.  Please if your name is not in the list at the beginning of this conversation, or if your name is there and you are not going let Tracey know via PM so you can help us provide the hotel accurate information.

Last but not least, if you booked your room please pm me the last name you have booked your room under, also if you have not booked your room and know under what last name you are going to be booking please please pm me that last name so I can provide it to my sales contact.

GISELLA... i just called.. gave the code TWICE.. two different calls.. and they are not showing us.

They told me the room rate is 199.00, 199.00 and 109.00

Is this correct??

Rates at PH should be (for a luxury, 2 queen size bed room):

$139 -- for Fri

$149 -- for Sat

$119 -- for Sun

Also, per the original info posted by Gisella on page 12 of this thread, this does not include a 12% room tax and a $30 per night extra charge for more than two guests in the room (is that right Gisella?) and a free bottle of wine (if I remember right

Thanks, Lilah.  I didn't remember the rate.....can't remember anything anymore anyway!.....and didn't check the thread before I called.  The agent was the one who said that all the "cheap" rooms for our group were gone....guess she was trying to start a riot or something....lol....  Just glad they weren't trying to pull a fast one on us.....

Laura - I agree with the huge house thing - wouldn't THAT be fun?!

I'm booked for Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be arriving the day before. The prices quoted were as stated $139, $149 and $119 plus tax 12%. Also, when I made the reservation I asked about the bottle of wine and in PH lingo it's called the "Have a drink on us" promo so make sure you mention it when you call.

Unfortunately, I've decided that due to wicked night sweats that it's best if I don't share a bed and keep another poor soul on this earth awake for most of the night like I do my husband. Five or six "episodes" does not make for restful sleep so I guess we're only going to be 2 in our room for the moment unless I can figure out how to stop them.

17 years is a long time to have a furry friend. We have to remember that nothing lives forever, and we loved them and took care of them (and they of us) as best we could.  May the good memories of her sustain you.  JUDY

Hugs, Susie.  I've been there with my first fur-baby.  Now I have an almost 18 yr old furbaby, who I'm sure I will be there with soon too.  So sad when they have to leave us.  My heart goes out to yours with support.

Now, I do not know that about Leader, far from it......I got a Master List from the hotel and there are 3 to 4 names in our group that I have never heard of or are not in the list Tracey has.  If they are in the Tata's group and Tracey does not have their names, we are not going to have enough rooms for everybody in Tracey's list.  If they are not in our group I can have them removed from our list with Planet Hollywood. 

Hopefully I will get another updated master list from them later this week.

 Erin and I have our reservations so "group 16" is booked!  I am so excited because I wanted to go last year but could not make it.  This year I am committed because I already have my flight tickets and now deposit on the room.  Vegas bound!

BTW - Earleen in Asheville did my 3 D tattoos last Friday and I am so pleased with my new look.  It is so nice to see a "cherry"on top instead of wonky scars going every which-a-way!  It's a great "end" to a nealy 2 year rollercoaster ride.
