    Awesome Judy-- I am so happy to hear your doing fine and your one step closer to the end of all this. Love the story about the permanent make-up. It made me wonder-- did you do your own?

    So good to hear from you...LOL...the makeup...funny story....I had a friend to come by early the next morning after my surgery to apply my makeup.....that act of kindness made me feel so much better...I am surprised they did not give you a washcloth to clean off the makeup BEFORE your surgery...LOL

    I am glad you are upbeat.  You should be healed enough after your next surgery to party hardy in Vegas!!!!  Next Monday I will be seeing Earleen for nipple tatts and eyebrows....I am so excited.

    Linda54:   I will be very interested to hear how things go for you on Monday. I live in NC and am considering contacting Earleen to do my areola/nip tattoos instead having it done at the PS office.

    I will be visiting my mom in the Atlanta area this weekend and making an extra trip up to Asheville (3hrs) on Monday to see Earleen.  Journey, here on this site, is seeing Earleen this Friday....wahooooooo

    I did have areola grafting but I think they will look better with more color.

    I am going this Friday to have areola and "3D" nips done by Earleen!  I am so ready for this.  No more surgery for me - just want the tatts and let it go at that.  I'll post pictures after the tattoos heal a bit.  Wahoo!!!!

    Judy, I am so glad to hear you are doing OK and on the mend.  Take care of yourself

    Linda, Earleen did mine and I love her.  I need some touch up done and will go to see her sometime this year.  Usually I try to make a weekend out of it and go out to dinner or something.  Asheville is a great area.  When she does the touch up I also want to do permanent eye liner.  I think she did a great job (did show and tell in Vegas last year).  If you go close to Charlotte on your way to Earleen or on your way back, maybe we can meet.  PM me and let me know

    Hanna, where are you in NC?  would love to meet some Carolina girls..

    If you go to the picture forum (I have not posted for a while) you can look for my post (Ripples and Nipples I think is the tittle ) and see Earleen's work from a couple of days after the tattoos until they healed.

    Sisters in Laura's " condo" heheehe... I have heard from all of you EXCEPT DIANAT... I  lit a fire under her on Facebook.. so I should hear today sometime... then I am booking the room tomorrow.

    I will only be paying for 2 nights ( 1 night per room).. so I will let you each know the cost and you can sent me that amount  now. The rest  you can pay me in Vegas..wahooooooooooooooooooooo

    This trip is 5 months away... and we are already as excited as last year!

    Ladies.. JUST FYI to newbies..

    WOO HOO SUSIE!!! 

    Ya know Laura, Clare wasn't even on bco last year!  She lives about 2 miles from me and works less than a mile from me...and I have only seen her once since Vegas!!!!  She is such a busy girl!  she works at the hospital and they work her real hard!  Plus she has 2 young boys...not to mention a hubby...ok 3 boys..if ya know what I mean.  HaHa  I know she has gotta lurk so maybe if we keep talking about her she will pop in.

    OK GIRLS WHO HAVE ORDERED SHIRTS, BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR MY EMAIL!!  THANKS AGAIN TO KRISTINKA FOR PAYING FOR THEM UP FRONT!!! 

    WOW makes me all teary eyed like Laura was talking about how awesome we are and how much we trust eachother!  We have a true friendship....trust me girls this will be more aparent when we are in Vegas.  :-)   AWE WARMS MY HEART!!!!

    Okay ladies - We haven't booked the flights yet, but it looks like Fairportlady55 (my HS girlfriend) and I will be making the trip from NY to LV in early October. I am not on the web site as often as I used to be (crazy days these days), but PM me if there is anything critical we need to know. I SO!!!!!!! look forward to finally meeting all of you!     Linda54:  I remember looking at your pics on the forum. You have a beautiful result. I have decided to just have nips created and get the areola tattoos. I just don't want to go through another surgery again and the nips can be done in the PS office. I'm hesitant to let the PS nurse do may tattoos so I think I'll be contacting Earleen sometime soon--she's about 3-3 1/2 hours from me. My nips are scheduled for June. How long do I need to wait after nips for the tattoos?

    Gisella:   Love that nameSmile. I live in the Chapel Hill/Durham area. I'm pretty sure that I saw your tattoos on the pic forum but I'm gonna go back and look again. I'd love to meet some Carolina girls too--"best in the world".

    OH I forgot to mention girls.....I have the SaveTheTaTas on my facebook.  They announced a special for fb friends only.  A pack of 3 shirts, $5 each!  They are random shirts, you just give them your size.  Mine have already been shipped and I just ordered them yesterday!!!  I can hardly wait to see what I get!

    I love your Avatar Jean, you are very pretty.. thank you for starting EC. If you had not started it that day... I seriously do not believe we would be on our second trip to Vegas. There were about three of us that played a role... and it was... MEANT TO BE! Thanks Jean.. for taking a chance on an online message board that, in your past, was NOT a part of your pre- BC.     FirstMate - Tracey - has anybody booked our room yet?  I would rather not put it on my credit card and just pay you cash when I get there.......remember - I am the cash lady - the one using her DH's money to totally fund this trip!  I don't have my airline reservation yet but it is still way early for that.

    Linda54 -  I will bring your T-shirt with me to Vegas - I am having one shipped to my house but it is the larger size.

    Laura - you are always good for a laugh or two! 

    I have actually seen a stylist/colorist since December.  I had my hair frosted at 4 week intervals (twice) and then waited 8 weeks which was last week we were able to foil it to get the blonde back in there until summer hits and hopefully it will naturally lighten up to where it was before chemo.

    My stylist is hilarious - she is from Fort Worth and I was living in Dallas for 20 years so we have a lot in common.  She will only give me baby trims and hesitates to cut any of my hair at all because she knows I am just waiting for it to get long enough and into a ponytail!

    I took that LONG strawberry blonde wig with me to San Francisco in January and it ended up in a Lemon Tree.  Yes, my drunk friend (no......i was sober.....not really) threw it into her tree.  Luckily I was able to save it.
